I had the most fantastic expert massage here for only $60 you can just walk in it was the best right turn I made today

Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I’ve been to fancy spas with top rated massage therapists and this was right up there. It’s no frills, but the massage is so wonderful that once you’re in the experience you’re off in your own beautiful world. Will be coming back time and time again!

No frills massage place, decent price $60 for 60min, and they take walk-ins. They do deep tissue and Swedish massage. I asked for deep tissue and that’s not what I got. I told them I had a shoulder injury and this massage aggravated it instead of helping. I’m pretty unhappy and in more pain than I was before. At the end I tipped 10% for the wrong service and bad experience, and the manager told me I didn’t tip enough. I will not be back.

I’ve been a recurring customer here for over three years. While some masseuses are better than others, the experience has generally been decent for the price. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing and actually harmful. I clearly explained at the beginning of the session that I had pain on the left side of my upper back and neck, and that my neck was completely stiff. Despite this, the masseuse used extremely strong pressure throughout the massage, especially with her elbows, even after I asked her five times to be more gentle. A massage for someone in pain should be relieving—not aggravating. Unfortunately, the forceful technique worsened my condition. I woke up the next morning barely able to move. I now feel worse than before. I called to explain the situation, hoping for understanding or at least an apology. Instead, the person I spoke to simply told me to call back the next day to "see how the situation evolves." And they didn’t believe me they asked for a doctor note. This is not a respectful or appropriate response given the circumstances.
