Ms Paula is all about supporting the community, which I love. She was nice and took time to explain the V-Steam process and benefits as well as introducing herself, what she does, and the many different services she offers. My steam was great! I enjoyed it; although I couldn't stand the steam but I'll be ready for next time. Very cute decor to make you feel welcomed and at peace. I would recommend this service. Especially if you live in the area. Don't cheat yourself when it comes to your health.

Paula is a very nice person also has great expertise in her field. She will guide you as well as coach you thorough your experience of healing, while being like a second mother. She offers various spa services such as vsteam (yani) steam, facials, Sana theropy, massages, various waxing, and teeth whitening, etc. I was so glad to be a client with her, she helped me heal and aided my growth in life, a total wellness upgrade. I thank her as well as appreciate her.

This place is what I call the perfect hidden gem in Brooklyn!!! Ms. Paula is so kind, patient and very great at what she does. She will make you feel comfortable right away. The environment is very clean and very relaxing and calming as soon as you enter. To come to a place which is also black owned is plus!!! Ms. Paula is all about self love and well being of your body. She will talk to you and instruct you with what's the right thing to do and how to keep up with yourself at home. I have been here more than 3x already and I will definitely be back for my facial and waxes. This place is great and I would recommend it to everyone!

Paula is amazing ! Her place & ambiance is amazing .. her customer service is EVERYTHING!!!! Been going to her from January 5th for post op care ! Paula knows what she’s doing & she does it well !!! She make me feel very very comfortable in such a short space of time .. during my massages we’ll talk & have conversations .. Paula’s hands are BLESSED!!!! The sauna is my favorite… will continue going to her in the future for facials , wax etc .. she earned a life long customer .
