All the stars to this gem! Will comeback for sure This spa is big and comfortable, with very reasonable prices for services and special passes. The breakfast pass was an absolute steal. I don’t know what I was expecting but it was beyond that. Showed up at opening time so we will have enough time to enjoy the amenities before it gets crowded and to be honest even tho it did get crowded it didn’t feel like that, even tho it was on a Sunday. The pools are clean and at the perfect temperature to relax. The diversity of the sauna rooms was outstanding. I particularly gravitated more towards the dry banya, specially the aroma and clay ones. Took the best nap in the relaxation room. And got to experience the Venik event that happens every 1-2 hours. The snow room was the most pleasant surprise ever, the temperature felt perfect. If you want to go full Slavic don’t forget the cold plunge. The food was very diverse and super good, I was really surprised by the lobster soup. The drinks were amazing and fairly priced. Definitely a place where you can spend the whole day at!
I went today with my friend and we had an amazing experience. Specially aa soon as we walked in to check in we were greater and helped by Paola, she was very nice, explain all clearly and guide us since it was our first time at World Spa. Paola answered all our question and made the check in process very smooth. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the gratuity is 20% for each service even if its one whole bill for both of us, they charge the 20% separate and by each person. So it was 20% restaurant, 20% for each massage and it was only one bill. Other than that it was great.
The spa is perfect for a winter escape. I relaxed in the salt room, warmed up in the saunas, sweat in the Turkish room and then end the day in the snow room. I can't handle the cold plunge. There was plenty of healthy and hearty food options. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was my niece's first time at a spa and she loved the warm pool. Bring your water bottle. It's necessary after coming out of the sauna. Even though one floor is open to all it still felt spacious but it was a Tuesday.
My experience at World Spa has been nothing short of exceptional. It’s a calming oasis right in the heart of Brooklyn, with every amenity thoughtfully designed and well maintained. I’ve visited twice — first for my birthday and again to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. It was her very first spa experience, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Thanks to World Spa, the spa scene has gained a brand-new fan! What truly elevates the experience, though, is the staff. Carol at the concierge desk welcomed me so warmly and sincerely both visits — she’s an absolute gem. Marcus and Zana at the restaurant were fantastic, attentive and kind. And I have to give a special shoutout to the lifeguard who supported me through my first cold plunge — talk about encouragement when you need it most! I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!!
Really nice experience, very relaxing and honestly worth the price if you go for the whole day. There are so many room options for the day pass. Didn’t get a treatment since I went last minute but I will definitely be back! Note: the slippers are not included in the day pass price ($20-$30 depending on the type you choose) so either go barefoot or bring your own slides!
Nice facility and beautiful decor, but the Speiclaty rooms are lacking in substance and abundance. Feel more like a large food hang out place with a spa attached than a spa with restaurant service. Advise - if you get VIP you get express check in but it’s hidden and blocked by general check in. So be sure to look around for the VIP express check in. The VIP lounge was ok, same menu and service as downstairs, just a little quieter with more cushioned chairs, but the chairs themselves where like thick outdoor patio furniture that’s not comfortable but looks like it.
Wow what an experience!!! Me and my GF spent my Bday here and I loooved it.. The food we had borsht which reminded me of being a child we allways had a pot of this in my house!!! Only thing was lack of meat just 2 small pieces!! The vareniki and honey cake were outstanding. The saunas were clean and aaamazing!! My fav was the turkish scent room. All the rooms were great and I would loooove to come back!!!I am russian and this place felt like home.. Maybe can have a vip experience next time??? Beautiful decor and environment as well as the staff went above and beyond a must go if in the area!! If the owner sees this plllease I would love to return.
