Sky Spa & Sauna

I had a very disappointing experience at Sky Spa & Sauna. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. About 15 minutes before closing, they literally started pushing us to leave — raising their voices, rushing us, and making us feel very unwelcome. It was impossible to relax because the employees acted like they just wanted to get rid of us as fast as possible. For a place that calls itself a spa, the service and attitude were unacceptable. I do not recommend this location at all. There are many other spas with respectful staff and much better customer service. I will not be returning.

My wife and I were visiting Chicago and came to Sky Spa & Sauna for an afternoon of relaxation. We were not disappointed! There are two saunas rooms, a steam room, a cold plunge, and the outdoor pool (heated) and hot tub (which, in 20 deg F weather was awesome!). We also got two treatments: my wife got a scrub - which she LOVED - and I got a massage. My massage therapist - Tony - was a great guy who really tried to relax me (mission accomplished, friend!) by really making my joints loosen up. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and inviting! There is a cafeteria and bar, but we did not eat or drink. All in all, it was a great time, and we would come back again! The only negative - if you can call it that - was that we went on Saturday afternoon/early evening, and the spa was at capacity. But that's on us. If that does happen to you, and you have to wait to get in, I just recommend to be patient: the line moves pretty quickly. Again, thank you for a wonderful time: we'll be back 🙂

Sky Spa Sauna is the perfect place to relax and recharge. The saunas are clean and comfortable, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff is very friendly. I felt so refreshed after my visit and will definitely come back again. A great spot to escape from stress and take care of yourself. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Sky Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The spa itself is clean and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I booked a massage, and it was absolutely wonderful. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really knew how to help me unwind. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Sky Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience in the area. I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent sauna! Very clean, relaxing, and well organized. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the service is fast. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming. Perfect place to relax and recharge after a long day. Highly recommend this place to everyone — I will definitely come back again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed this sauna! It’s clean, spacious, and has a great atmosphere. There are different types of saunas, as well as hot and cold pools — everything is on a high level. The staff is very polite and attentive, always ready to help and answer questions. You feel completely relaxed after the treatments. I will definitely come back!

I visited Sky Spa & Sauna for the first time, and I was really impressed! There’s a great variety of saunas, including a very hot one and steam room. I love that they have both indoor and outdoor pools — going outside after the sauna and cooling down in the pool feels amazing. Everything is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. It’s also convenient that they have a café where you can grab a bite after your session. Definitely recommend!
