I had a great experience at this massage place in North County San Diego. The staff is professional, kind, and very welcoming, which made the entire visit relaxing from start to finish. The massage was high quality and tailored to my needs. They really know what they are doing and take the time to focus on problem areas without rushing the session. You can tell they care about providing excellent service. One of the best parts is how budget friendly their prices are compared to other massage spots in San Diego. You get amazing value without sacrificing professionalism or quality. If you are looking for a professional, affordable massage in North County San Diego, I highly recommend this place. We came in for a couples deep tissue massage after a few days of hard training, both specifically requesting extra deep pressure with a focus on shoulders and back. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. My therapist spent most of the time on my legs rather than addressing my back and shoulders, even though I asked twice for more pressure and to focus on my back. Whether he was unable to go deeper or simply didn’t adjust, the result was the same, it wasn’t what I asked for. My boyfriend also mentioned that his massage was nowhere near the level of deep tissue pressure he requested. On the positive side, the price is lower than many other spas in the area, which could make it appealing. But when you consider what you’re actually paying for, it’s not worth it if you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage. If you just want something light or relaxing, this might work for you. But for athletes or anyone needing real deep pressure work, this likely won’t be the place.

The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve a lot of tension. I left feeling truly refreshed. Just had a massage from Mary. She is strong 💪🏻 with consistent pressure. I had a medium pressure massage, but she could definitely give a deep tissue massage. Very relaxing 60-minute massage that included hot rocks and facial massage. After the massage, I feel very relaxed, have an increased range of motion, improved posture, and the pain in my shoulder, hips, & lower back are gone. I love that they give you a choice of the scented oil diffused in the room. It was the best massage; I will request her in the future. Wonderful, friendly staff, and they always ask you what areas on which you want them to focus.

First time customer and the team was so friendly like I was a long time client. Rooms were perfect temperature with a calming ambiance of background music. The hot stones and scented oils were just what I needed. I highly recommend this treasure if you are visiting North County San Diego. Worth the trip even if you are not living here.
