Great first time in a float pod! Staff made it friendly and inviting, explained everything well and acclimated us with the gadgets before letting us experience rest and relaxation while floating! I had a wonderful time...

I finally tried my first float tank experience yesterday and wow… I had no idea what I was missing! I relaxed as soon as I walked into the True REST Spa! Everybody was incredibly kind and took time to explain all the amenities which made me feel welcomed! The room was spotless, the shower was hot and spacious, and the float pod itself felt like something from the future—soft lighting, perfect temperature, and weightless. I chose a 1 hour session and it was perfect. I came out feeling lighter like someone hit the reset button on my nervous system. Next time I’m going to try out the oxygen bar, red light therapy, and sauna! I’m super excited to go back for more! If you’ve been on the fence about floating, just book it. This place delivered an amazing first experience and I’m already counting down to my second float. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been floating biweekly for three years in Asia, and while this experience was slightly different, it still felt very familiar, comfortable, and easy to understand. It was a lovely session overall. The team—especially Steven—was excellent. His knowledge and enthusiasm immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely cared for and looked after the entire time. I would highly recommend!

The staff are really kind and accommodating. I really love doing the vitality suite before I go in for my float I feel like it really sets me up for deep relaxation!! I try to go twice a week (except during my period week). This routine has been helping my pain and anxiety levels. I am hypermobile along with a bunch of comorbidities. Highly recommend True Rest Float spa!

The sauna is beautiful, lighting is relaxing. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Very clean facilities. Great place to reset

This is my new favorite self-care. Leave the world outside and disappear into your own private oasis of peaceful rest. Great for meditation or just to unplug and let your body and mind rest and recover. Keep an eye out for discounts.

Amazing experience! I will continue coming to allow myself those special times to breathe, relax, and center myself. It’s a very much needed time for myself every so often. I love giving vouchers away too. My kids now love floating also. Love love love! AND now they have the sauna, cold plunge, and red light panel. I’m so excited to try this room!
