Neon nails

They were so nice and very friendly, but 3 days after my daughter and I got gel mani/pedis, my daughters thumbs both had no polish. We went back in and they happily did the two thumbs. They asked if my polish was still good, and at the time it was. Within 3 days from then, which was still less than a week from the original appt, my daughter has no nail polish on her fingers and mine look like this. I spent about 165 for them to last less than a week. Very disappointed. Giving 2 stars only because the customer service was great.

Lynn, the owner, usually does my nails but he was not available this time so Kitty did them. I am a very picky person and trust very little people with my nails. That being said, Kitty did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations! Not only is she great at her job but she is also so funny! I would definitely go back and request her!

The ladies at neon nails do a fantastic job. They are so kind and accommodating. We love the incredible service they give us every time. ❤️

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and WORST WORK!! I paint my nail very frequently so been to many salons. I avoided this place from a previous bad experience but since Sunday and I was in that complex I went ahead. I went there for a nail color change both hands and feet. I clearly said I don’t want anything else. They weren’t happy that I didn’t say yes to Gel nail polish as I am not a fan of UV ray’s and its impact on me. They cleaned the existing color and then told me that they cannot paint my toes because they don’t have time but they have time if I do a fill and gel. The lady yelled and made a big scene as if I asked for something that I shouldn’t because she was unhappy that I didn’t agree to gel or fill. This will be my last. Hope I can share a picture of the toes.

My daughters and I were visiting from MN during the holidays and wanted to get our nails dipped. I called and spoke with Linn and he was able to squeeze all 3 of us in before 11 so we could enjoy the sun for the rest of the day. They did an amazing job on all of our nails and so friendly. Thank you! We will absolutely go back.

I love getting my nails pedicured and manicured here because they are very nice and durable. It’s in the high end but the results is spectacular and your nails stays in good shape longer than 2 weeks hair removal even comes with face massage thank you
