Sunny Spa

I do not typically write negative reviews, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience. I was extremely disappointed with my service at Sunny Spa. I booked a 60 minute massage and unfortunately it was anything but relaxing. During the session, my masseuse answered her personal cell phone three different times and left the room twice to answer the door. It was a couples massage, and she would also stop to speak with the other masseuse. At one point, she placed her phone on my massage table between texting, and I could feel it vibrating whenever she received a message. I could physically feel her switch from using two hands to one hand while she was texting, then back to two hands again. This went on throughout the entire massage. In addition, the doorbell was extremely loud and rang at least eight times during my appointment. Instead of feeling calm and relaxed, I felt distracted and uncomfortable. The experience felt unprofessional and, honestly, disrespectful. I have never experienced service like this during a massage. I will not be returning and would not recommend spending your money here

**HONEST REVIEW** Service: 90-minute Lomi Lomi with deep pressure couples massage We visited Sunny’s Spa due to its strong reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not fully meet our expectations. My husband received his massage from a female therapist, and I had a male therapist. Overall, my massage was good; however, my husband did not particularly enjoy his service. The main concern for us was the environment. It was difficult to fully relax and achieve a peaceful, spa-like experience due to significant noise throughout the session. The walls are extremely thin, and we could hear frequent double-door bell rings from the front entrance, conversations from nearby rooms, microwave beeping in the break room, dishes being washed, running water, and staff conversations. At one point, the massage therapists were also speaking to each other and to someone outside the room through the wall during our session. If having a quiet, tranquil atmosphere is not important to you, this spa may be a suitable option. However, for us, the level of noise took away from the overall experience, and for that reason, we do not plan to return. Suggestion: This spa could greatly improve the overall experience by implementing better soundproofing, limiting staff conversations during sessions, and minimizing noise from common areas to create a more calming, spa-like environment.

Cici was great! Really fabulous experience. I got the 60 minute detox and foot scrub which included a head/face massage, foot bath, and a bit of an over the clothes arms and legs massage as well. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience here. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed. Lisa, the therapist was very attentive and accommodating. When I mentioned that my shoulder and upper back were really stiff, she focused on those areas and really helped relieve the tension. I left feeling so much better.

I had an amazing experience here. The place is clean, quiet, and relaxing. And very affordable price’ My therapist was very skilled and took the time to focus on my sore areas. I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. Definitely coming back again!

Thank you for a wonderful experience. CC and Michael were great. Highly recommend for a great massage experience. My wife and I will definitely come again!!

My shoulders and back were really sore from my workouts at the gym. I was in desperate need of a massage. I went to Sunny Spa, and I was very happy that I did. Amy was my provider. I requested a deep tissue massage, and that's exactly what received. Amy is very professional and was constantly asking if the pressure was satisfactory. She did not rush and paid special attention to my shoulders and back, just as I had requested. Not only did I get a first rate massage, she stretched me out from stem to stern. Her cranial massage was awesome. She also took time to massage my feet. All in all it was a great change from other spas that the provider always is watching the clock, and wants to get you out as soon as possible. I met Coco, the manager on the way out and she was also extremely nice, not wanting to immediately show me the door. This was a very nice change of pace, just what I was looking for. I left relaxed and renewed, ready to hit the gym tomorrow. If I could give Sunny Spa 6 stars, I happily would. Thanks again.
