Absolutely incredible experience at The Plunge House in Charlotte! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and completely at ease. They are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive — you can tell they truly care about creating the best experience possible for every guest. The facility is spotless. Everything is fresh, clean, and thoughtfully set up, which made the entire experience feel high-end and relaxing. The cold plunge and sauna setup is amazing, and you can feel the attention to detail everywhere you turn. Whether you’re new to contrast therapy or a regular, The Plunge House delivers an unforgettable experience. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and already excited to go back. In need of a little self care? This is your spot !! I had the pleasure of checking out this spot on a Saturday afternoon. The location is in a plaza that has a decent sized free parking lot! Free parking is always a plus! When you walk in you are greeted by the front desk staff. The desk also houses the complimentary drinks and snacks. Your experience starts in the locker room/bathroom area. The space is small but has a number of amenities: Steam Rock Sauna Towel Service Vitamin-C Showers Full Service Beauty Bar( includes dyson hair dryers) Hot Tea Bar Individualized Locker Swimsuit dryer Your cold/ hot plunge is scheduled for a specific time. As such, I would recommend arriving a little early to enjoy the extra amenities. The plunge area is an open space that is co- ed. The front of the area houses compression boots that you can sit and enjoy prior to jumping into your plunge. The plunge experience is something you have to do to fully appreciate it.Some benefits that have been noted are as follows: Boost energy levels Increase circulation Promote faster muscle recovery Reduce stress Following your plunge experience you can sit on the deck and continue to wind down. You can bring the complementary tea and/ or snacks as well as the compression boots to add to your deck experience. Overall- this was a 10/10 experience! I highly recommend!

As a Charlotte local, I highly recommend The Plunge House! This is hands-down the best spot for hot and cold therapy. The facility is immaculate, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the individual pods make the whole experience private and intentional. Moving from the top-notch sauna to the invigorating cold plunge allows for the best body recovery and wellness there is! I always leave feeling mentally sharp, fully recovered, and energized. If you're serious about wellness, performance, or just feeling your best, The Plunge House is a must-try. A truly five-star experience!

The Plunge House is on another level. From the moment you walk in, the space feels intentional, it's clean, modern, and calming. The staff walks you through each step, and you immediately know you’re in good hands. The contrast between the heat and cold is unlike anything I’ve experienced. After my first session, I walked out feeling clearer, lighter, and mentally sharper. You don’t just recover here, you reset. It’s easily become part of my weekly routine.

CAUTION -- charged after cancellation 8+ times!!! I would caution anyone on signing up for a membership here as it has proved impossible to cancel for me and management has been completely non-responsive to me seeking help with the issue. I called to cancel my membership on 1/13/2025 and spoke with Kenisha. I was told my membership was cancelled. Fast forward to April, and I was still being charged the monthly rate ($199, so not cheap!). I called Plunge House and was again assured my membership was cancelled. Fast ford to October, AND I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED!! Despite twice being assured my membership was cancelled, I've now been wrongly charged almost $2000. I called again and was, for a third time, assured my membership was cancelled. I am hopeful it actually was this time. I am incredibly frustrated with this experience so I requested contact information for management to see if they would consider refunding me for the months I was wrongfully charged. I was given an email for the owner, Adam. I have reached out to Adam twice over the last two weeks requesting help with absolutely no response. I'm not sure what else to do at this point to get my money back, but wanted to post here so that others don't fall into the same trap I seem to have. Don't trust this place to cancel your membership or help you out with any issues that arise when attempting to.

This place is AMAZING!!! A must visit if you are visiting the CLT area. If you’re a local, I’m jealous because I would be here 24/7. The staff is friendly and welcoming. While visiting I met the owner Adam and he is great guy! He himself personally took the time out of his day to make sure that I had everything I needed and had the best experience possible. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back and visit!!

5 stars! The Plunge House was absolutely amazing. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly relaxing. The founders thought of every detail. I will definitely be coming back!
