Lucidity Float and Wellness Center

I do not normally leave reviews, but it was on my mind to do so after my first time. What an experience in the pool! It's about 4 ft x 8 feet x 10 inches, long enough for someone tall like myself to stretch out my arms past my head and disappear inside of it. They have serene music to listen to with a simple button to turn off if you'd like. Both were nice but I eventually wanted to experience the rest of my time with no music, and it was perfect for me. It's so perfectly dark there. I got curious and gave a peek and saw nothing. My mind felt so clear and I felt perfectly relaxed, almost like I couldn't move or I didn't have the willpower to because of how good I felt. On the trip home this evening, I felt very clear headed, awake, and happy. I'm thinking about going another time too! Oh, and try the halo for the head. It helps 😄

I received a gift card for a 90 min float session for Christmas. I had never heard of Lucidity before hand. I booked my appointment online. When I arrived, I had made a mistake on what session I wanted when I booked the week before. The owner and I chatted about what to expect for my first session and the do's and don'ts. I rebooked for the following week. I was absolutely satisfied on my experience. I'm not one to relax very easily, but I ensure you that it is worth the time to experience this. It took an extreme amount of stress and tension out of my entire body and mind. I relaxed within a few minutes and ended up falling asleep for a short period of time. I would highly recommend this! It's not pricey and you get way more than what you pay for! I will definitely be back here! Polite and respectful staff that goes the extra mile!

My husband & I recently tried Lucidity float tanks for the first time. It was amazing!!! It took a minute to wrap the brain around no sound (other than our breathing and heartbeats) and no light but we both were able to relax and could tell that our sore muscles and brains felt much better. The front desk lady was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. I also appreciate there is no pressure to purchase. It was an amazing experience and we are returning soon. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Knoxville.

This was my first float and I scheduled my second before I left. What an incredible experience. I'm an extremely anxious person and I was able to relax and even fall asleep! Highly recommend for everyone to try at least once.

Did my first float a few months ago. It was amazing. I really enjoyed it, felt relaxed afterwards. Well maintained, clean, friendly staff and explain everything very well. Looking forward to visiting again, soon. (Can’t find my recent photos)

Throughly enjoyed my float @Lucidity! I’m not a first time floater and I think this place is one of the best. I love the design of the pods and the ambiance really set the mood. I didn’t get the lady’s name that took care of the place while I was there (2/12/23 noon) but she was a pleasure 👏🏾 The shower situation makes sense to me. I’ve been to places where the shower was in an awkward position and messy. The temp of the water was very comfy and stayed that way for the whole 90 minutes. Speaking of 90 minutes that’s the right amount of time to really decompress and enjoy the float some places don’t offer lengthy sessions. The place and rooms were clean and look well kept. After the float there’s water to help rehydrate.. The place is easy to find and Parking was easy enough and they validate. 10/10 I recommend!

I had a great experience! The staff is outstanding and very welcoming. The center is very clean. I did three 90 minute sessions in the regular float tank(not the open one) and enjoyed every minute of it. I emerged my sessions feeling relaxed, calm and at peace. It was everything I thought it would be and more. I will definitely be returning to Lucidity. Keep up the great work!
