I will preface this that I went on a busy day (Valentine's Day): I called and booked a 60 minute massage the Tuesday before for a 5pm Saturday massage. I arrived to the spa at around 4:53. I was never asked what type of massage I wanted, on the phone or in person. I got into massage room around 4:58 and laid there for appx. 10 mins before the massage started. It ended promptly at 6pm so I definitely did not get a full 60 minutes that I paid for. Also, the masseause asked "medium or hard" when they walk into the room and I said 'light or light medium' please. It was a tough massage. My upper back was very sore the day after as a result, but I have been told before this is where I hold the most tension. At one point the masseause told me to relax when they were working on my upper shoulders lol. Like I'm getting a massage I'm obviously trying but this is painful... I did enjoy the leg, arm, stone portion of the massage though.

Came here to get a massage after my injuries, which is documented! And they are very unprofessional, I hate using the race card but I believe they was racially profiling. First time here in I would not recommend it! My dad served in the navy and fought for this country. But this not a real place to get a massage!

Myself and husband got a couples massage here on my birthday last week. The staff and massage therapist; Grace and Yung (hope I got the names correct) were all very helpful and friendly. They checked with us prior to our massage to ensure we had the right pressure and that we were comfortable. The facility was so clean and relaxing. I highly recommend! We will be back.

Personally, this was a very bad experience. I went with my friend for the first time and when I asked for a full body towel, they said they didn’t have any so they gave me a hand towel to cover up my whole body. The place did not look pleasant was dirty very cold as well as the service was not very pleasing. The woman who was doing my massage kept doing the same motion for 45 minutes and wasn’t able to accept request of massages. I would not recommend.

I went for a 60 minute massage + 15 min body scrub combo, and it was fantastic. Kathy gave me one of the best massages I’ve had ever. So worth it!

My friend and I treated ourselves to the couples massage for my birthday - because what says ‘I’m getting older’ like paying someone to beat the stress out of your body? I picked the deep tissue (because my back was going through it), and she got the Swedish. We both walked out feeling so relaxed and refreshed afterward. The hour seriously flew by. Definitely planning to come back soon.

First time visiting. We went for a couples massage and it was really good! Light pressure for my partner and deep pressure for me. Both massage therapists were polite and professional. We’ll definitely come back again in the future!
