Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had a massage with Ericka M. and she was amazing. Her flow was smooth and consistent the entire session, and she was very thorough. She clearly understands the body and hit all the right pressure points. I came in with a lot of tension, especially from sciatica pain, and she knew exactly how to target those areas. I left feeling so much relief and way more relaxed than when I walked in. Highly recommend booking with Ericka if you need real tension relief and a therapist who truly knows what she’s doing!!

I visited this location for the first time today. Even though the corporate office messed up my appointment the service was great. The customer service at the first desk was wonderful. Erica, who took care of me was great. She stretched and gave me a great massage. I'm looking forward to my facial in a couple of weeks.

I’ve been coming here for 6 months now and I love the location! Everyone is really sweet and thoughtful. I get massages from Ajay who is amazing! She is very attentive, engaged, and helps you feel relaxed. I’ve been having knee problems due to tendonitis, and she has been really helpful with targeting those problem areas. Wishing the staff a happy holidays and a big thank you to them.

I get massages fairly often but my massage with AJ was the best one I've ever had. She listened thoughtfully and really knows the body, hit every pressure point and really loosened my muscles. I walked away feeling so light and relaxed. I am definitely coming back! I don't even live in Chicago but I will be flying back just to see her. The front desk staff is so nice and welcoming! This is my favorite hand and stone location. 10/10. Highly recommend!!

My fiancé and I decided to have a relaxation Saturday. We were gifted a free spa and facial through a family members rewards program. They decided to charge us (they confirmed the services were free) while also taking the credits from our family member. We have called over 5 times and everytime we are told the manager will call us back. We have never received a call back or reimbursement. After this TERRIBLE customer service we will never come back. Hand and stone? More like bland and bone.

This is my second time here at the South Loop location and had ANOTHER amazing massage therapy with Erika M. She was, as always, above and beyond. The best massage ever received. I feel so zen. So relaxed. And will continue to come back for more! On a cool monthly membership program that discounts services and gives you a monthly credit where you can use it for massage or facial. I’m just always so relaxed and happy with the service I received thank you so much Erika and thank you team!

Ericka was amazing!! So relaxing and got all the knots out of my back. Plus taught me some great stretches. Would def recommend the hot stones too
