Had a deep tissue massage with Brittany and it was amazing! She focused on the areas i told her were bothering me and she used the perfect amount of pressure. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and was able to get me in when it was most convenient for me. I will be back again!

My boyfriend got a couples massage for my birthday and I believed it was going to be relaxing, absolutely not. I was met with unprofessionalism by an older lady who works there as a masseuse. She asked if I’ve ever gotten a massage before I said yes and I was not aware of the new ordinance where you get under the covers as the last massage I received was in California. She then proceeded to say passive aggressively well I asked you if you had questions multiple times. I apologized yet she kept repeating it. I lift heavy and also work a corporate job, and she kept on judging my choices it felt. It felt as if my mom was micromanaging me. That women don’t need to lift heavy and should do yoga, respectfully I didn’t ask and my goal is to do this competitively. To tell what women should or should not do is weird, doesn’t matter if you have experience in your life. Apart from that she was very close to touching my lace front when I told her I was wearing a wig. I did not have a good experience at all.

My partner and I were met with such professionalism and care with Lynn and Kate. They took their time working our areas out and providing an extremely relaxing experience for us. My partner absolutely recommends Kate for first-time massages & I recommend Lynn for anybody who has injuries and needs more attention to detail around those areas. The steam shower was clean and a great new experience for us. We will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I just got married this past weekend. We needed some relief from soreness that only comes from hours on the dance floor. We both got 90min massages with CBD and added a 15min. foot reflexology. They were very accommodating and let us get massages in the same room even though it was not a couples massage. The massage room and ambiance was great. Really set the vibe. Our massage therapists Brittney and Cassandra were fantastic. One of the best massages we've ever had!

Wonderful spa experience here!! I had a massage with Will and a facial with Anna, as well as a steam shower. Will had wonderful techniques and perfect pressure, very professional and a great massage. Anna made my skin so healthy! I will absolutely be back when I'm in Chicago! Pro tip, parking is expensive, take the subway to the stop right nearby

I received a massage here few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until I paid. It was lovely. Massage therapist was very skilled and listened to my request to focus on my bad and neck. I definitely plan to come back for more services.

I came in for a deep tissue massage. I ignored some of the bad reviews since the owner seemed to reach out wanting to fix the issues. Unfortunately I had the same exact experience as some others who warned not to go here: the absolute worst "massage" of my life. I asked the masseuse to focus on shoulders and feet. She instead focused on my toes, backs of my knees, spent most of the time on my left hip soft tissue by my waist - not the muscle, I was so confused and wondered if it was a new technique- but ended up realizing this person must not know basic anatomy or have training since she did a completely different massage on my right side skipping my right glute / hip, and choosing to focus and DIG IN on my right side of my neck. She completely ignored the left side of my neck. For the arm section she dug into my hands and the soft tissue by my armpits (not any big muscle groups) and skipped my shoulders entirely. I have horrendous horrendous bruising and pain on my left hip soft tissue (again, not a muscle group) and pain on the right side of my neck, my armpits… and feel totally robbed, like I got paid to have someone actually hurt me. I’ve had maybe a hundred massages in my life (Thai, Swedish, deep) and have never been bruised, and communicated exactly what I wanted- at some point there is no amount of feedback you can give to explain how to normally and symmetrically massage someone and listen to the focus areas they mention (not to entirely ignore them). I hate writing bad reviews but between being asked to prepay for the massage, feeling totally bait and switched with some good reviews, and receiving a totally random beatdown leaving with bruises and pain, I felt I had to leave this feedback and hope nobody has this experience in the future. Please take caution. Edit: the business did reach out and offered a 30 minute massage complementary to get the areas the therapist missed, that maybe this was a one masseuse problem. I won’t risk another painful experience but hope they are right that my poor experience is limited to one masseuse.
