The Langham, Chicago

The Langham is divine and worth the price. We stayed in a king bed club room for my milestone birthday. We arrived 13 hours late due to weather, and two weary travelers were greeted by the most pleasant "M" (name hidden) at the front desk. We had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. They wanted to send a cake up for my birthday but since I’m GF, I said no worries I don’t need anything. The club lounge is amazing because of the staff. They greeted us every time by name, always asking if we needed anything. The food and drink is always plentiful and the sofas are comfortable to read a book. I did use the gym, pool and sauna multiple times. Loved it all. I will only share this picture I snapped of a rare time I was the only one in the pool! My husband and I are so glad we chose the Langham for my special birthday. We will be back.

I had a fantastic experience at The Langham, Chicago. The location is excellent, perfectly situated for a weekend break and close to everything you’d want to see and do in Chicago. The hotel itself is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful, featuring very high ceilings and a crisp, clean, luxurious finish. Everything felt refined, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and incredibly helpful on short notice. A special shoutout to Alex at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to secure us a last minute reservation at a wonderful restaurant on one of the busiest nights of the year. Dining at the hotel was equally impressive. The food was excellent. The eggs Benedict was beautifully prepared, and the coffee was great as well. Overall, a truly superb stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend The Langham Chicago.

I had an outstanding experience at this five-star hotel in Chicago. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the city. The location is perfect, close to major attractions. The amenities, including the restaurant, spa, and common areas, truly reflect luxury and comfort. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely stunning hotel. Superb service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Nice and spacious room. The spa is top notch. Too bad I didn’t have time to enjoy it. Could totally spend a whole day there. Food is pretty good too.

I stayed at The Langham, Chicago a few weeks ago, and the service was truly top notch from start to finish. After checking out around 1:00 PM, I didn’t realize until I was already at the airport that I had lost a very meaningful diamond carrot earring. I called the hotel around 6:00 PM, spoke with a team member, and then had to board my flight. When I landed, I had a voicemail asking me to call back. I was absolutely blown away to learn that three members of their security team went up to our room to search for the earring—and incredibly, they found it. It truly felt like finding a needle in a haystack. What impressed me even more was that they certified mailed it back to me that same night, at no charge. I have never experienced that level of care, urgency, and professionalism from a hotel staff. This went far beyond exceptional service. The entire stay was outstanding, and this experience truly reinforced why The Langham sets the standard for hospitality. I’m incredibly grateful and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

This was my first time staying with The Langham and I have to say I was blown away. I knew it was supposed to be very nice but I didn’t know the extent of that until I went. Just walking in the front doors you walk into a beautiful first floor that looked and smelled so clean. Marcus assisted us at the front desk with a very enthusiastic, polite, and charming manner. He helped us understand everything we were getting for perks and benefits for our stay. The room was gorgeous and I never felt as if anything was dirty or not cleaned well enough. This trip was for my birthday/ Valentines and I can’t thank the Langham for providing me such an amazing experience. I hope to be back soon.

This was a special stay that we shared with our son, wife and most importantly our 3-year-old granddaughter. Starting with Indra and Marcus at the front desk, and Alex at concierge, our experience with the splendors that the Langham had to offer began before we even entered our room! The ultra-professional team was accommodating at every turn. They made us feel like special guests and we knew that we were in good hands for the entire stay. Kudos to the concierge team who could recommend just the right place to eat for our circumstances. We also absolutely loved the Club Level floor! The rooms were an amazing tribute we have come to expect at such a fine hotel. On top of that, the availability of the club and again, the amazing staff of David, Jason, Nichole and the rest made us feel more at home then we feel at home! The Kids Suite definitely set you apart from the rest and needless to say was hit with our granddaughter. We can't wait to come back and do it all again. Langham! Please keep up the good work and excellent training.
