West River Spa

West River Spa was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was calming, and the staff was incredibly professional and attentive. My massage was relaxing and rejuvenating, leaving me feeling refreshed. The spa was clean, well-maintained, and truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend for a peaceful and stress-relieving visit!

I’m not sure where to begin… it’s not the best setup I’ve been to, but it’s also not super expensive so it’s fine. The massage was okay, nothing special. However, I’ve never felt more like my masseuse was getting ‘too close’ intentionally and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m not super modest, and this was seriously pushing the limits to make me question where this was headed. Then upon exit, asked if I wanted to tip cash or card. Card is fine $20 for the $100, 90 minute massage. I was then shamed by two people working there. In effort to resolve and leave I said "fine, make it $30. That’s 30%" (for a mediocre massage). They said "no, you tip $40. That’s better" and proceeded to run my card for $40. I feel borderline violated and scammed. Definitely won’t be back.

I have had the most relaxing and refreshing moments at west river spa. You leave there feeling transformed. It is clean,beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming, the staff are top shelf and customer service is beyond 5 star. I for one will be returning soon and cannot recommend it enough to everyone in Chicago and the suburbs. Do yourself a kindness and make an appointment today.. Sean

This spa is a joke. I left them a mail, which they never answered. I had to call to book an appointment and the person who answered the phone seemed to have booked but when I got there I wasn´t allowed in because they hadn´t any register. Please be serious. Wouldn´t try to go back. Awful!!!!
