The Spa Guy

They are just fantastic!! The service they have provided me over the past 6 years with my hot tub...I cannot even describe other than stellar!! They have always gone above and beyond. Helping troubleshoot over email or telephone, popped by to see what needs to be fixed, replied within a timely fashion. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are truly amazing at what they do and their customer service. I am grateful they service my hot tub.

We can’t say enough good things about The Spa Guy! He was incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and professional from start to finish. Our hot tub was out of commission, he diagnosed the issue right away and repaired quickly and efficiently. On top of that, he was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. It’s such a relief to find someone you can trust—he’s definitely our go-to for any spa needs from now on. Highly recommend!

People need to leave more reviews for this dude. He is awesome. The only problem is I believe he is the only one who works on spas in the Butte county area. So he is pretty overloaded but he WILL get to you. Very fair and good at what he does!

I wish I could give Matthew, the Spa Guy TEN STARS! We had two other repair companies attempt to fix our problem with no luck. Matthew responded quickly to my phone call, communicated regularly while waiting for parts to arrive, and solved the problem (plus one I didn't even realize I had!)

The Spa Guy fixed my jacuzzi bathtub!! My electrician wanted to order a new pump and the Spa Guy just made changes to the airline and that’s all it took!!
