What a lovely experience, staff are friendly, environment is immaculate, clean robes and slippers to lounge around in before and after your treatments. My therapist David was decent, I had a lot of tension and sciatica so he did a lot stretching and tried to work out the kinks which was more painful than relaxation. I had the signature(Swedish) massage, 50 mins, $160 and added a hot oil scalp massage, 25 mins. $60. I only gave 4 ⭐️ due to the prices being higher than the usual non hotel spa rates. Parking is free, take ground elevator to first floor, walk past the lobby then you’ll see the Hibiscus sign.

Kathryn is absolutely amazing at what she does! I just had the BEST facial with her and my skin is literally glowing — it feels so refreshed, snatched, and healthy. She made me feel so relaxed the entire time, and even did a quick massage that was honestly the best I’ve ever had (and I get massages all the time!). I left feeling like a brand new person, and I’m already booking my next appointment because I can’t wait to go back. Kathryn is truly gifted at her craft — highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch facials and an incredible experience! The customer service and relaxation this spa provided was incredible. I can’t wait to go back.

We had such a great experience at the spa. Both my daughter and I had nail services. Our technician was very talented and even spent extra time hand drawing my daughter’s special request! An amazing experience with kind and caring individuals. Thanks for making our day great!

We visited this spa on our last day in Florida, and it was the perfect way to end our trip! My husband had a deep tissue massage with Sylvia and said it was the best massage he’s ever had. I had a facial with Kathryn, and she was absolutely amazing! She gave me great skincare advice, had such a wonderful personality, and took the time to make sure my pores were completely cleaned out—I left feeling like a brand-new woman. The spa itself was beautiful, relaxing, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff. A large variety of services offered. During our stay I had the traveler’s massage & also reflexology. I cannot express how much better I felt after both. Tanya worked her magic. The experience was so pleasurable that I decided to get an express facial before check out time a couple of days later. This time Meghan was my person. Her soft spoken voice and gentle touch along with the products she used made me feel refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely return to take advantage of the services here and the amazing staff; from reception thru the practitioners.

Hibiscus Spa is truly exceptional. The therapists are highly skilled professionals who clearly know what they’re doing. This isn’t your average spa experience—it’s so much more. I came in with shoulder pain and numbness down my leg caused by a tight hip, and walked out completely pain-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Hibiscus Spa—100% satisfaction!

Hibiscus Spa is AMAZING! Had a facial with Michelle today which happened to be my first time ever in a spa! She was fantastic, explaining everything she was doing during the facial and putting me at ease. She is also so incredibly friendly! I highly recommend Michelle and the Hibiscus Spa the next time you are in Clearwater Beach!
