Excellent deep massage with Nicole who pays special attention to the body by also incorporating stretches. She is an exceptional massage therapist with a calm demeanor while still delivering a very deep massage at same time. She adjusts her touch when asked and is very in tune with the body by knowing the muscle groups and attachments. I said it was overpriced, but Nicole is worth every penny. Couple suggestions for locker room: the shower head should be much higher standard and more pressure. And the opening instead of a door makes it cold so for the high prices -those are easy items to change that lack quality and high end spa like features.

The massage was amazing! The girls at the desk were great!! The spa itself was very beautiful and relaxing. However , the hot tub was like cold bath water, kids swimming everywhere (apparently not exclusive to spa guests) and thought would be more like Joya Spa in Paradise Valley, AZ. Nonetheless , we left and didn’t spend the day there as we planned. We will check out the Ritz Carleton in Sarasota next.

Cassy and Laura were amazing for our couples massage. My husband and I think this was the best massage we have had in years. We were so pleased we booked another one with them for the next day.

Excellent Spa. We had a wonderful experience. I had a facial and an "in the clouds" treatment that was wonderful. My husband had a deep tissue massage that he said was phenomenal. The spa was very nice, brand new. Wonderful facilities. The spa deck was private and exclusive. The staff was so kind and helpful. The complimentary bakery treats were fire. 🔥 The entire hotel was so beautiful and brand new. I couldn’t believe the spa wasn’t busier, because the quality was top notch. Would easily book there again.

I had a fabulous experience with Beth — she is one of the best massage therapists I’ve encountered and gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve been blessed to visit some of the world’s best spas. She was attentive and really knowledgeable about what muscles were causing my pain (and how much pressure to apply for therapeutic effect). She also gave me some suggestions for helping muscle pain at home. The spa itself is smaller but lovely and relaxing. The receptionists couldn’t have been nicer. All in all one of the highlights of my vacation. -DF

Beautiful spa, excellent massage, personable and professional therapist who went above and beyond to identify my issues and work them out. The relaxation room was so lovely as were the beverages and treats. The only downside is that I was so looking forward to a relaxing afternoon lounging by the spa pool, but all the parents in the resort figured out that it's the smallest and most shallow pool at the resort and brought their packs of children and let them run wild. Roughhousing, yelling, squealing - NOT the way to enjoy your post-massage glow! That was VERY disappointing, especially given the price point. Management should seriously reconsider this policy. Spa guests only, please!! That aside, everything else was fantastic. I considered booking another massage for the next day it was so good! I might have if the pool were more serene...

One of the nicest spas I’ve ever been to! My group and I were extremely impressed. Not only is the spa absolutely beautiful, but it’s also impeccably clean. We spent nearly six hours enjoying the amenities and quickly noticed how much care the staff put into keeping everything pristine, as if you’re the very first guest walking in that day. For example, we tossed something in a trash can and within minutes it was emptied. The refreshments and treats were also a thoughtful touch. As soon as you took one, the staff immediately replenished it so everything remained fully stocked. The services themselves were amazing and truly luxurious. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
