Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had an incredible massage experience at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, thanks to my massage therapist, Chris. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, setting the tone for a truly relaxing session. Chris was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. He took the time to understand my needs and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. His technique was both therapeutic and soothing — I left feeling completely rejuvenated and tension-free. What stood out most was Chris’s ability to create a personalized experience. He checked in throughout the session to ensure the pressure was just right and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It’s clear he’s passionate about his craft and genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being. I highly recommend booking with Chris if you're looking for a top-tier massage that blends relaxation with real results. I’ll definitely be returning!

Typically love coming here and I have a membership for more than a year. I made an appointment on Thursday, received a confirmation text, came for my appointment and was told the system cancelled my appointment independently. No other explanation besides "that’s so strange—we have never seen that happen before." I was offered a free upgrade next time which is the equivalent of $15-ish. Hardly compensation for clearing my afternoon on a weekend for a treatment and being a very loyal customer. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and resolution process.

Stepped inside of a therapeutic calming experience, and this was just in the greeting area. I was not expecting a heated massage table with one of the best Massage therapist I have ever encountered. I’m pretty sure her name was Felicia. She gave me the best massage I have ever experienced. I felt so good afterwards. I wasted no time signing up for membership. She will be my choice every single time.

Massage therapists are great except for the ones that feel the need to speak incessantly during the massage. I am a travel nurse and I am out of state 97% of the time. I tried to pause my membership in October 2025 and you cannot do that without speaking to a manager. Finally after they saw my credits accommulating, they called to remind me that I had credits accumulating. I told them I am out of state. Finally management contacted me back, they told me that I couldn't pause. So I canceled and she put a deadline for me to use my credits as if it's not even my money that they've been deducting. They don't want to let go even when you're not physically going to be capable of being available for their services. They're the ones that called me to remind me about it. Now they're giving me a deadline to use them because they cannot pause, but only cancel. I would have probably reactivated my membership, but the attitude from this person I spoke to over the phone was snarky so never again. They're not worth enriching. I'd rather pay more for less hassle than deal with an attitude for canceling.

I love this spa!! The spa is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is extremely helpful, the therapists and estheticians are hands down AMAZING, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I always leave satisfied whether I am having a facial or a massage. I highly recommend everyone go check it out for yourself!

I would absolutely NEVER recommend this spa to anyone. I would not even send my worst enemy here. The issue is not even the spa itself or the massage. This business would sooner punish their returning customers and charge them more per visit if they dont sign up for a membership and get a monthly charge. This is not netflix. The fact that you would rather lose returning paying customers instead of keeping repeat business, unless they sign up for a subscription, is ludicrous.

Massage is great but you cannot get one without having a credit card on file, even if you walk in and pay or use a gift card. It made me uncomfortable in these times of identity theft and fraud. If you have already paid, why do they need your card? Also, an invasive amount of paperwork, too personal. The therapist always asks about areas of discomfort and areas that need work-they don't have access to the forms
