SWEATSCAPE - Sauna + Cold Plunge Experience

I tried Sweatscape for the first time today, and it was incredible. The owner, Amanda, is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met. She made going into the experience feel so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was super knowledgeable and walked me through everything step-by-step, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. I felt really taken care of! I left feeling refreshed and relaxed despite how intimidating the cold plunge was! If you’re considering trying contrast therapy, this is 100 percent the place to go. I had such a good experience and will definitely be coming back!

Sweatscape gets a 10/10 from me! I was a little hesitant at first, so I booked the informational session. The tour was so helpful and I had all my questions answered. I felt totally ready and confident for my first session. Everyone here has been so kind and helpful and I so appreciated having someone walk me through my first few sessions. Now I feel like a pro! I sleep so much better and I have fewer aches and pains.

What an awesome experience! I was a little hesitant to try it, but I joined my husband for a session and instantly changed my mind once I realized how amazing I felt afterwards. I even attended the "she breathes again retreat"—and now I’m hooked! The staff is so friendly, the electrolytes and tea are such a nice touch, and everything is super clean. The aromatherapy scents in the sauna make it even better. You walk out feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and clear-headed!

Their staff are very polite and courteous, and they help guide you on how the routine works while sharing some tips.
