My wife and I stayed the night here for Valentines Day and could not have had a better experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with tasteful decor. The accommodations (bar, breakfast, etc.) were amazing! And if you can, we would definitely suggest dinner at Oro next door. Everyone we met from the valets, to the front desk workers, to the Director of Engineering (shoutout Donny) were attentive and extremely personable. Highly recommend a stay here, and we look forward to coming back!

This was a very nice, boutique style hotel with charming decor and attentive customer service. Offers limited breakfast/lunch/dinner menu but high quality cafe and cocktail offerings. It’s located within walking distance of several restaurants and easily accessible to /from airport via ride share (~20mins). Unfortunately the spa was closed during my stay. Room was well appointed, clean, and well decorated. Would definitely stay again.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL! The vintage atmosphere was to die for. The employees (Jose!!!) - give him a raise- at the front desk also were super nice and sweet and were quick to fix a little issue that we had. The blk magic coffee bar located in the hotel had really good coffee made by certain baristas. 10/10 would recommend staying here and I will be coming back to visit.

They accommodated the wife, kids and I after we had our VRBO double booked our stay, and then we accidentally booked the room we needed for that night in April instead of March through a hotel booking website. The quality of the room and the overall experience was great for the price we paid, in the low $200s for 2 queen beds. The following morning, the staff was extremely kind and understanding when our 2 toddlers were essentially terrorizing the lobby during breakfast. 10/10 would recommend and will be visiting again.

This is our second time here and it’s just the best. I’m a big fan of nice hotels and this one is probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever been to. I want to start with the staff. They are incredible. Like, when you go somewhere and you think "oh wow that person was really nice" but everyone is like that lol The building is gorgeous. It’s so cute. The rooms are big, with the cutest hotel decor. They really got the details and style perfect. The coffee and food were just top notch. Like, I still think about the steak frites and oysters I had. The pork belly sandwich for breakfast was to die for. But really, everything is incredible. Pro tip: if you get one of the Mining Club rooms, you have access to "The Pantry" which is a little nook that has your ice, water but also snacks and drinks, ie coke, sparking water, chips, baby snacks even!

Rooms are adorable but small. Location and service are excellent. They have a few restaurants to choose from and both had great options. Notes: The lobby is loud on Thu and Fri with live music. Location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants downtown. Generally felt safe walking during daylight. No coffee in rooms, have to pay for it in the lobby. Club room was worth it - good selection of snacks and stocked regularly. Amex breakfast benefit is $60/day.
