I have had my nails done by Huong for years. She’s the best! I just started going to Giana for shampoo and blow dry. She does such a great job. I was so happy with the way my hair looked and felt. Giana is wonderful too!

Great experience with Alexis! Did partial highlights and cut. She hit the mark. She was nurturing and caring about what I want... took her time and communicated along the way. Made another appointment for eight weeks out. Highly recommend!

I visited Veda yesterday for the first time and Bree did my microneedling. Im always wary to go to Salons, as I have had poor experiences in the past. Veda is laid back, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Its a very relaxing atmosphere. Bree did an amazing job, she explained the process, and gave clear aftercare instructions. I left feeling pampered and relaxed.

Jenny was amazing! I wasn't sure what I wanted, but she listened and came up with the cutest cut I could have ever dreamed of. Along with being so creative, she definitiely is an expert with hair and was nice and fun to talk to!

Rachel is absolutely amazing!!! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure every detail was perfect. My haircut turned out even better than I imagined. Fresh, flattering, and so easy to style. On top of that she’s warm, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable in her chair. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I walked out feeling confident and loving my hair, thank you Rachel! 🙂

Alika is the best! He has been doing my hair and the rest of my family’s hair for the last 3 years. He is knowledgeable and so experienced! Forever clients here!! The salon is always clean and reception is friendly and accommodating!

Unprofessional customer service. The Caucasian brunette with a curly wavy hair style in the front desk failed to update me several times for the unavailability of the person I’m supposed to see for consultation. No respect for people’s time. Hands you off to someone else upon showing up. Don’t change things up last minute without consulting your customer first. Also, failed to apologize first for the change, and expected customer to just go with the last minute decision change. Waste of time planning my day to get there on time and they change things up on you last minute instead of calling you to ask. The person I talked to about my hair wasn’t so helpful; I can tell the individual did not have a lot of experience. No hair samples or past work shown by the stylist. Did not give me the confidence that she could do the job; and I refuse to be the customer they practice on. When you give customer this kind of treatment (lack of consideration) you give a bad impression of how they will be managed/taken care of going forward. People go to salon in hopes of feeling good by having hair taken care of but when the experience sends a negative vibe from the beginning people like me won’t waste anymore time. I recommend y’all maintain a picture profile of successful past work done (with permission from the customer) on diverse types of hair and background (example: African American hair, fine Asian hair, thick Latino curls, etc.) from each stylist to showcase their work and help customers make the decision of which specialist to go with, because that is something that would’ve been helpful for me from previous experience in other salons. This review is a feedback from what would’ve been your loyal customer. I hope you receive it professionally (and not gaslight my experience in response) for improvement; I also don’t need your explanation in response to my review here so you can show your customers/readers your "side" of it (that’s defensiveness in action, not accountability) because what I already heard in person needs no repeat. As someone who has work experience in quality improvement process both in U.S. and internationally, I highly recommend you REGULARLY train all your staff on effective customer service. Discuss with your team during team meeting what went well and what you could improve on if you’re not already doing so. If you are doing customer service training already, my experience shows that someone in your team still needs more practice.
