Ebb & Float

Ebb & Float truly became a staple in my routine while living in Columbus. It was one of those places I always left feeling better than when I walked in. The space is the perfect environment to unwind, relax, and get centered, and the team is always so welcoming and accommodating. What makes Ebb & Float even more special is the community they create. They offer a variety of wellness events with specialists in different areas, which makes it a really well rounded experience for anyone looking to dive deeper into wellness and self care. The space is very clean, scheduling is easy, and the owners are true gems. They are friendly, passionate, and you can tell they genuinely care deeply for what they’ve created. If you’re local and want something consistent to support your wellness, I’d absolutely recommend booking a service or treating yourself to a membership.

Staff is kind, accommodating, and ensure a wonderful experience. My float was restorative and meditative. Muscles felt deeply relaxed and my mind left with heightened clarity and creativity. Especially appreciate that they don’t rush you out after the appointment, and instead allow you the time to reorient yourself, shower, and enjoy a cup of tea in the Zen Den. Facility is clean and calming. I’ll be back!

Great experience! Easy to book and modify appointments online. The staff member who gave me the orientation on what to do/expect with floating for the first time was incredibly kind and thorough in her explanation. The float experience itself was very relaxing and restorative. I went in with some moderate lower body/back pain and after the appointment, it has significantly reduced. I love that they don’t rush you out after the appointment, and instead allow you the time to reorient yourself, shower, and relax in the lounge. They are also well stocked in all kinds of personal care products, which is great if you have somewhere to be following the appointment. I can’t wait to go back!

Love this place! Been there multiple times for floats, sauna and cold plunge services. The environment is wonderfully tranquil and welcoming. It is always spotless and the staff is kind and helpful every time.

Absolutely an amazing experience! I was so relaxing! Everything is sanitized. So beautiful and Zen. You get in the lights in the room go out the zen music starts playing, then there a light inside were you float and you can change the color. I won’t tell everything so it will be a nice surprise. The also have hair products other cultures.

I tried out float therapy for the first time today. I enjoyed the experience and I loved the atmosphere here, it was truly relaxing. I did the massage chair prior and they provide you a blanket which I thought was nice! I did the cabin style float. It was recommended for beginners. You still experience darkness and are able to easily exit out of the glass door. I do want to try the tank style next. I love that they provide common hair products for after your float. I will definitely be back to try out the cold plunge and sauna!

I recently cancelled an appointment at the location in Westerville before the cancellation deadline and have yet to see my refund from cancelling appointment. I've called several times and finally was able to speak with someone only for them to tell me it has been credited. No thank you I want my money back. It has been serval weeks and still have yet to get my money or see this Kym person. VERY unprofessional!! Think I might have to take a trip to Ebb and Float this week... I want my money!!!!! I never heard a business to automatically credit you and not even ask if you want your refund back SMH
