Ebb & Float

I had an amazing float and infrared sauna experience at Ebb and Float. The space is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. The float was deeply relaxing and helped me completely unplug. The sauna afterward was the perfect finish. The team there made everything easy and comfortable, especially if you’re new to floating. It never felt clinical or rushed, just peaceful and well cared for. If you’re on the fence, book it. Your nervous system will thank you.

I’ve decided to spend more time outside of Columbus and one of the very few things I’m going to miss about this City is Ebb & Float. The staff is amazing; the founder, Kim, is incredible and kind; and the environment is welcoming and healthy for any nervous system. Ebb & Float truly became a staple in my routine while living in Columbus. It was one of those places I always left feeling better than when I walked in. The space is the perfect environment to unwind, relax, and get centered, and the team is always so welcoming and accommodating. What makes Ebb & Float even more special is the community they create. They offer a variety of wellness events with specialists in different areas, which makes it a really well rounded experience for anyone looking to dive deeper into wellness and self care. The space is very clean, scheduling is easy, and the owners are true gems. They are friendly, passionate, and you can tell they genuinely care deeply for what they’ve created. If you’re local and want something consistent to support your wellness, I’d absolutely recommend booking a service or treating yourself to a membership.

Staff is kind, accommodating, and ensure a wonderful experience. My float was restorative and meditative. Muscles felt deeply relaxed and my mind left with heightened clarity and creativity. Especially appreciate that they don’t rush you out after the appointment, and instead allow you the time to reorient yourself, shower, and enjoy a cup of tea in the Zen Den. Facility is clean and calming. I’ll be back!

Absolutely an amazing experience! I was so relaxing! Everything is sanitized. So beautiful and Zen. You get in the lights in the room go out the zen music starts playing, then there a light inside were you float and you can change the color. I won’t tell everything so it will be a nice surprise. The also have hair products other cultures.

I tried out float therapy for the first time today. I enjoyed the experience and I loved the atmosphere here, it was truly relaxing. I did the massage chair prior and they provide you a blanket which I thought was nice! I did the cabin style float. It was recommended for beginners. You still experience darkness and are able to easily exit out of the glass door. I do want to try the tank style next. I love that they provide common hair products for after your float. I will definitely be back to try out the cold plunge and sauna!

Great experience! Easy to book and modify appointments online. The staff member who gave me the orientation on what to do/expect with floating for the first time was incredibly kind and thorough in her explanation. The float experience itself was very relaxing and restorative. I went in with some moderate lower body/back pain and after the appointment, it has significantly reduced. I love that they don’t rush you out after the appointment, and instead allow you the time to reorient yourself, shower, and relax in the lounge. They are also well stocked in all kinds of personal care products, which is great if you have somewhere to be following the appointment. I can’t wait to go back!
