I’m was having major neck and shoulder pain for a week. My angel of a husband actually scheduled me an appointment, not knowing that I was going to meet the perfect person to do the massage that I received. Jocelyn was amazing!!! She listened to all the details that I needed and massaged with the perfect amount of pressure! She has me now asking my husband for a membership for my birthday! Ina the owner knows My profession and stated you always take care of people it’s time you take care of yourself!! Thank you to Ina and Jocelyn for an amazing session!!

I had an amazing facial experience at Body and Soul with Maria ! The service was exceptional, and I left feeling refreshed and glowing. The waiting room was also incredibly calming—such a peaceful atmosphere that set the tone perfectly. Highly recommend!

Sanikul gave me an excellent full body massage. She took her time and gave my body the attention it needed. Anurag provided me with a relaxing facial and tips on how to keep my face to stay with a hydrated appearance. Went back for a pedi with Maria and a mani with Rose. Both ladies did an excellent job; however, I would have like to see a uv sterile oven/barbicide being used to sanitize metal equipment in between clients instead of just wipe/spray alcohol. In addition, using single serve nail files/buffers and a hand dryer for non gel nails and a fan to dry your feet with polish would had been greatly appreciated.

Body and Soul Retreat as a whole is amazing — the staff is warm, calm, and welcoming, and the entire space gives such a relaxing, wellness-center vibe. I’ve been a member for about five months now, and it has absolutely been worth it. I e been going to Body and Soul for many years. I’m a member there and I get a facial with April every month. She is personable, kind and gentle and a cares about me and my skin care needs. I also get massages there also. The Spa is very quiet and a great place to unwind and relax.

I have a member at Body & Soul for the past 8 months. I am a veteran of Spas as for me nothing is more relaxing than good massage. Body & Soul has met and exceeded all my expectations with its environment, skilled masseuse and general office staff. I experienced a Swedish hot stone massage today with Karoliny and this was whole new super experience. Cannot wait to do it again.

I found Body and Soul about six months ago and wish I found it sooner. Anurag gives the best facial I have ever had in my life. I have always struggled with bumps on my skin, but since going to Anurag my skin is SO much smoother. Her hydropeptide facial with reflexology is self care at its finest. I leave feeling amazing.
