Cassandra and Ledate greeted me with a smile as I entered the salon. Sedate checked me in. They were knowledgeable about the services offered. They were professional and courteous. Kristen made me feel comfortable and she did an excellent job. Her professionalism was outstanding. Samantha completed 4 services for me: Brows, neck, ears and nose. She did an amazing job. I recommend European Wax Center for all your wax services!

Love going to Charity! She does amazing work and is quick about it! I docked a star because the front desk is too pushy about the wax passes. I go there every month like clockwork—I know y’all have passes. As soon as I say "no thank you" or "it’s not in the budget", that should be the end of the conversation. They keep talking about it like I don’t have places to be! It’s so annoying.

I LOVED my experience with her. If you are fearful (because it’s your first time) or just having a bad day, she will uplift your spirits! Her personality and spirit is contagious. She may not know it, but she has helped many not just on the outside but the inside too! Tanesha, you’re amazing!

Charity is Great!!! Absolutely love her professionalism! I moved further away from this location but will always go back to the Cordova location on Germantown Rd only because of Charity!!

I had my very 1st wax yesterday and was terrified lol but Tanesha really helped me through the whole process. She was oh so sweet and knowledgeable of her craft. Because of her I’ll be coming back and bringing someone with me.

Wax Specialist Jasmine at the Cordova location in Memphis is one of the best specialist I have ever experienced. Love her service and talent!
