First time experiencing float therapy and I feel so relaxing!! The chamber is filled with super salty water which makes your body floats with dimmed light and chill music. Definitely coming back for their other treatment.

I had my first float therapy experience at Newport Body Works and it was incredible. As someone new to floating, I wasn’t totally sure what I was getting into (literally), but Ricardo was an amazing host. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable with the process and the equipment. The float itself was out of this world, like I left planet Earth.. really a total reset for both my mind and body. The facilities were wonderful, clean, and really cozy, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re curious about floating or just need a deep reset.

First time coming here and so impressed!! The place was clean, had really good amenities, and very comfortable. They have top-notch services and very reasonably priced. Jaz in the front desk was wonderful. She helped us a lot and gave us a little tour since it was our first time. Definitely will be making this one of our weekly routines.

Hands down the best sauna in all of Orange County. It’s the cleanest the most consistent they’re friendly their systems work the entire place is consistently clean, and that’s what matters to me. I love the convenience of having a shower and a cold plunge all in one room along with a sauna they’re super helpful and I love the hours and Jazlyn is always the girl that helps me! I can’t ask for a better service. This place truly is a blessing. This review is coming from someone who uses class pass and sauna hops all over!

Great experience! I tried the infrared sauna and cold plunge and left feeling incredibly refreshed and energized. The space is clean, relaxing, and the staff is very welcoming. Highly recommend if you want to reset your body and mind.

Wow , what an experience! My boyfriend and I tried contrast therapy for the very first time and both loved it. Cary was amazing from the moment we walked in, super friendly, knowledgeable, and walked us through everything so we felt totally at ease. The cold plunge was intense in the best way, and pairing it with the sauna left us feeling amazing. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try something new together or want to push yourself and leave feeling incredible. We’ll definitely be back!
