🔥 Glow Sauna Studios | Mockingbird This was my second visit to Glow Sauna Studios, and I’m even more impressed than the first time. I used the sauna cabins for targeted pain relief, and both sessions have made a noticeable difference—especially in my ankle, shoulder, and hamstring. Today, I walked in with a limp, and after just 45 minutes of infrared therapy, I was able to walk more comfortably. The stiffness and soreness had significantly eased, and I felt real improvement. The studio is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. Because of these results, I will purchase a package that fits my schedule so I can visit more often. It's not just the therapy that stands out—Glow Sauna Studios is also military friendly, which earns another big thumbs-up from me. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for natural pain relief and a relaxing experience.

I have been coming here for over a year with a membership. Love the fact you have your own private cabin and can adjust temps as you please. Whole staff is great! Shy and Clyde always go above and beyond! Always treated very well here!

I've been a customer of the Mockingbird station GLOW saunas since they opened in 2019. The fact that I'm still a member SIX years later should say everything. I not only love the relaxation time I get...but my body NEEDS it. When I stop going, my stress raises, the metrics on my Whoop (health wrist device) spiral downwards, oooof! And part of the reason why I also stay a loyal customer is the staff. The manager, Clyde, is the coolest dude. He really makes me feel at home and is personally invested in my wellbeing. It's not often that I make the time to leave a review - unless it's impossible not to, like with Glow and its staff. If you were thinking of checking it out - please do. You will thank me later 🙂
