O.D. Wellness of Dallas

Really disappointed today - ive been coming here for years and have referred many clients, family and friends and purchased numerous of gift cards. I purchased a gift card got my sister for Mothers Day on May 11 and she could not find it but i had proof of purchase and they have me such a run around AND they could easily verify it by checking their book- which they record each gift card purchase (as I've seem them do so many times). Really saddened by their lack of customer service.

I went to this this massage shop often right before COVID happened. Now I’m missing this place so much. I went to several different chains, but I think this place has bigger rooms and even they offer a room for couples who want to celebrate the anniversary. A good place to relax your brain and mind.

Nice place for a body massage. Please note there is a $10 tip per person.

The bad appointments in dallas And the baddest customer service They told to wait more than 20 minutes and they say don't have appointments They waste my time and it was bad experience

Easy to get an appointment by calling in. They then confirmed appointment and preferences over text message which was convenient. My wife and I did the 70-minute combo massage which is head, back and feet. They had us in a room together which was nice. The facilities were clean and appeared well maintained. Well worth the $60/person (tip extra). Reading some of the reviews here, I think it’s worth setting your expectations that this is not going to be just like a "western" massage. It seems to be a blend of massage, stretching, reflexology, and application of heat (friction, hot stones). We found the massage to be the right balance of pressure and comfort. Also, they don’t do a "patient intake" like a lot of western massage places. If you have any sensitive or injured areas, make sure to let the staff know when booking and when you arrive. The staff were courteous and professional throughout the whole experience. We will be back!

I got the 30 min back massage (includes glutes). Clean, good prices, and no frills. I’ll be back - it’s one of those massages that hurt so good. I went back one week later for a combo 70 min massage with my partner. We made a reservation the day before, upon arrival they took us back to the room right away for a couples massage. I think this place is great!

OD Wellness has excellent reflexology massage service at a very reasonable $40 for 70 minutes price. The therapist I always use is Lynn. She is the best in town, hands down (pun intended). I will go nowhere else! I had been to a different OD Wellness before and received a great massage at a good price. So about a year ago when I heard about this location opening, I decided to try it! WOW!! This turned out to be a VERY good decision! Not only did they meet my lofty expectation but FAR exceeded them at the same low price. I have been a regular customer ever since. I am a massage lover and have had massages at many different places but THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. Five star quality massage. Lynn seems genuinely interested in making sure the customer has an excellent experience, and I did. The massage is totally relaxing and therapeutic. I will keep coming back!
