Marando Farms & Ranch

Today I took my animal loving two year old to the petting zoo here. This was the best hidden gem that I have ever found since moving ti South Florida 15 years ago. The petting zoo was so nice for young chicken, the food was amazing!! We had homemade focaccia bread, ice cream and I bought home their salsa and wow…. Jus WoW!!!! What’s cool place to spend the morning and have some snacks with my son!! I can’t wait to go back with my older son!!!!

Came here for a little nosey and ended up staying for lunch. A massive collection of locally grown plants, flowers, fruit n veg. Amazing quality and great prices. Also sells locally made arts and crafts products. The range of food and drink on the menu - all locally grown - is spectacular.

Enjoyed a beautiful Saturday at Maranda Farms and ranch. Loved their petting zoo and pumpkin patch! Then ended the morning with a yummy organic, smoothie.

I liked it and my kids did as well. You have to buy a ticket to enter the pumpkin patch but it does get you two tickets for things like food or the hay ride. The staff was very nice as well. If it's going to be a sunny day bring an umbrella or something to stay cool and maybe some sun screen.

We really enjoy coming to Marando Farms for a little family adventure! It’s such a charming spot with a small petting farm that’s perfect for toddlers just the right size so it doesn’t get overwhelming. Right now, they also have a pumpkin patch and a cute little train ride that’s great for young kids. We didn’t spend more than about 45 minutes here (and that was pushing it), so there’s not a ton to do, but it’s still a lovely short outing for families with little ones. The smoothies were delicious, and for an extra fee, you can do also do horse or pony rides, which was a fun bonus. Overall, it’s a sweet and simple place to spend some time outdoors with the kids short, but memorable!

A hidden gem in Davie! Marando Farms is one of my favorite local spots in South Florida. Whether you’re looking for fresh produce, organic goods, or just want to enjoy a peaceful afternoon surrounded by nature, this place is perfect. The farm is clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. I love strolling through their farmers market—everything is fresh and thoughtfully sourced. Their smoothies and juices are amazing, and they often have fun seasonal events or activities that are great for families. You can really tell the owners and staff care about what they do. It’s more than just a market—it’s a little escape that reconnects you with community, wellness, and nature. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! 🌿🍓🌞

We are frequent visitors to Marando Farms because there’s so many different things you can do and it’s family friendly! Want to bring your kid outside the house without leaving the stroller? Walk around and look at the chickens, Emu, and Horses. Want your kid to burn energy? Petting zoo, Horse rides, and hayrides. Want a yummy lunch, smoothie, indoor/outdoor plants and planters, fresh produce, etc? The plants and dirt are good quality. Plants from Marando seem to do better long term in the provided soil than plants from Home Depot. It’s always a different experience and it’s always great. I’d say 5 stars but I REALLY wish there was an outdoor hand washing station. Chelsea Marando, I’ll leave a 5 star review if you add one!
