Five Elements Medical Spa & Wellness Center in Deerfield Beach

I recently visited Five Elements Spa and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. Nicole, the Director of Wellness, personally welcomed me, gave me a beautiful tour of the facility, and thoughtfully suggested services aligned with my personal wellness goals. The staff made me feel completely at home—everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Before my treatments, I enjoyed the eucalyptus-infused steam room and the hydrotherapy spa, which were both rejuvenating. I’m already planning to brave the cold plunge on my next visit! My signature massage with Bernadette was absolutely amazing, and the illuminating facial with Ines was hands-down the best facial I’ve ever had. Five Elements Spa is truly a gem—a place where relaxation, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality come together. I can’t wait to return!

The facility is tastefully decorated and spotless. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They have a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge area. It’s pretty small, but it was only us, so it was perfect. The locker rooms were very clean and had toiletries for us to use. We purchased the couples massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. They have massage tables that move and adjust for different parts of the massage. It was also heated, so you are warm during the entire massage. Wonderful experience.

I had an incredible massage with Bernadette at Five Elements! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Bernadette is truly amazing—she really listened to my needs and delivered an outstanding massage. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We just had the most amazing day at Five Elements! It's such a beautiful, peace inducing place. We started with an hour of the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and salt lounge amenities then had an amazing facial with Victoria followed by the most relaxing massage from Caroline. My face felt so much cleaner and looked brighter and she made product and routine suggestions without being pushy at all. Karoliny asked what areas to concentrate on and how much pressure I wanted. She has magic hands!! I'm signed up for yoga and a B-12 shot next week! Will definitely be making this a go-to place.

The bathroom and changing areas were impeccably clean and stocked with essentials, which was so thoughtful. The jacuzzi was warm and fully functioning, and the sauna with the star-lit ceiling created the most relaxing ambiance. The steam room was equally soothing. Both the facial and massage areas were spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to return for another relaxing day!

Had an incredible experience at Five Elements! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and feels more like a luxury resort than a local day spa. Everything is spotless, smells amazing, and the amenities are amazing. I also received one of the best massages I’ve ever had—easily top three of all time. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning soon!
