Atha Spa

I had the most amazing experience (as always) at the beautiful ATHA Spa! My massage with Brooke was absolutely incredible. She is so welcoming, intuitive, and talented. She was able to find the exact places I was holding tension and then release it with the perfect pressure. It was a very relaxing and healing experience, and unlike any massage I have had before. I HIGHLY recommend Brooke (90 minute session) and will DEFINITELY be back to see her! What I also love about the ATHA Spa is the saunas. There are four Infrared Saunas and one traditional barrel sauna. I love spending time in the saunas either before or after my treatments and then using one of their private, fully stocked outdoor showers before I leave. Every time I go to ATHA Spa I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I recently treated myself to some much needed self-care at Atha Spa, and it was exactly what my mind and body needed. From the moment I walked in, Trinity’s warm and welcoming energy made me feel completely at ease. Ted gave an incredible deep tissue massage, focusing on areas of tension and using the perfect balance of pressure and technique to release tight muscles and restore movement. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, restored, and truly rejuvenated. Grateful for this peaceful hidden oasis and the time to slow down, breathe, and reset. Highly recommend ❤️

Atha yoga has been my haven the last 2 years - since moving to FL, and having my first son. Atha is a gorgeous studio, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. This studio is my all in one… the way I unwind and re-energize.. yoga is where I meet my emotional, spiritual and physical needs. Thank you Atha for being my rock in my postpartum journey and helping me find myself once again! Atha member for life ❤️

Atha spa is an absolute transformative place that offers space to relax, heal, and find inner peace. Upon entering the grounds, it reminded me of the movie, Eat,Pray, Love! I felt as though Julie Roberts was going to come out from around the next corner! The energy is palpable! The staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be! Debra…creates a safe space for healing. Jackie … clears your soul with her healing touch and Lindsay started my stay with a deep massage that helped my body release the tensions of travel! I encourage everyone I know to go… you will be transformed!

Just had the most magical experience at the Atha Spa in Delray! Elle was a phenomenal massage therapist who knew exactly how to do the perfect deep tissue massage; she gets the knots without making you squirm on the table. Her leg massage was next level and my only regret was only doing 60 minutes with her! I’m totally booking 90 next time. Nancy and Trinity at the desk were lovely and the infared sauna after my treatment was perfect. Thank you, Elle and Atha Spa! I will definitely be back!

Atha Spa is my home away from home. I love enjoying my days here. It’s a beautiful escape from the fast pace world we live in. The saunas have helped me heal years of breathing and inflammation issues and it’s safe to say, there are some of the most powerful healers (body-mind-soul workers) in the world here. Debra, Brooke, Jackie, David, Hope, Amy, Diana & Alize have all attributed to immense transformation within me and my life as a whole. So grateful 🙏🏼💫

Peaceful. Perfect. Transformational. Visiting Atha feels like stepping out of Florida and into a proper yoga shala whether in Costa Rica, Thailand or Greece. Must visit.
