The Haven Luxe Spa

We visited Delray this week and I wanted to take my friend to get a massage for her birthday. I booked the appointments online (which was super easy and convenient) and went to the appointment the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived with how inviting and clean the reception space was. We were warmly greeted and offered a nice beverage while we waited - we enjoyed our mimosas! The massages were both excellent, very professional and relaxing. I would go back and definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely horrible environment. The vibe is uncomfortable, unprofessional, and not relaxing at all, completely defeats the purpose of a spa. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers and treats staff terribly. There’s no accountability, no professionalism, and zero customer care. I was shocked by how poorly people are spoken to. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its clients and employees.

Marla is an amazing masseuse! I had one of the best massages of my life. I went in with terrible back pain and came out a new person. I highly recommend getting a massage from her!

Disappointed with the new management of this place. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and I won't be returning. I received an email that massages were 20% off this week. I called to book an appointment for me and my sister for reflexology (which is listed under massages on their website) and told the woman on the phone that I was booking because of the 20% off e-mail. That woman did not tell me that the 20% discount doesn't apply to foot massages. When it came time to pay after my foot massage, I was told that I owed the full price ($70). I said that it should be 20% off and at first she said "oh that's only if people mention it" and then said it's not for reflexology. I explained to her that I called and mentioned the discount when I booked the appointment and was not told that it didn't apply to reflexology. We also told her that it's listed under massages on their website. She asked if we wanted her to get the manager. The manager basically told us that reflexology is too cheap (at $70!) to offer discounts and that she would not honor it. With that comment, it's clear that she doesn't value all of her customers equally. We explained that we only booked it because we thought it was discounted and that the website and email are misleading. She didn't care. In addition to all of this, there was a constant buzzing sound in the room and someone also walked into our room in the middle of the massage and slammed the door. This place is not what it used to be.

The worst massage experience ever. No blindfold for the eyes. Very noisy — people were talking and laughing the entire time in a hall. The therapist’s skills were so poor that honestly, my 10-year-old could have done better. No shower available afterwards.

Every single massage therapist is outstanding here. Just when you think you had the best massage of your life and no one will ever compare, there’s another just as amazing and bringing their own unique healing vibes. 10/10

Us three best friends had the most amazing time. It was a birthday surprise to two of us and a complete delight! From greeting us at the door with a glass of champagne to shopping at the little gift shop the staff was accommodating and fun to interact with. The foot massage was relaxing and enjoyable with our therapists, Chris, Anna and Karine. We had great conversation with them all while releasing the stress from our bodies. Highly recommend Foot Haven and their awesome massage therapists.
