Relax Spa

Just went in for a 90 minute massage and the lady doing the massage was great but she left at 80 minutes, came back after 5 minutes and said that the massage was done and time to get ready. As I was proceeding to pay $60 + $20 tip since the sign said 90 minutes for $60, she said that you have to pay an extra $100, when I asked why she said $100 is "for the boss" and $60 is for the massage. What makes no sense is if the sign says $60 for 90 minutes then the price should be $60 + x amount of tip. Why should I have to pay an additional charge of $100. I ended up paying $160 since they wouldn’t let me leave. I’m never going back. To anyone thinking about going here beware of a $100 extra fee on top of your massage "for the boss". I got the massage on April 23, 2024.

The massage was okay, but she left so many times during it (leaving the door open) to greet other clients/put people in rooms. At the end, I was getting dressed and she left the door cracked open. I was still naked when she walked back into the room and just stared at me with the door wide open AGAIN while there were people in the waiting room right across from me. I had to ask her to close the door and leave to let me finish dressing. Then I was going to tip the amount I thought was appropriate given my experience and she stared at me, would not put it into the card machine, then proceeded to make me give her more money.

Very clean location. All bedding for the table looked crisp and recently laundered. Booking the massage ahead of time was simple to do over the phone. Pricing is comparable to other local places. Massage itself was decently good. MT was polite and didn't talk my ear off, lol. Music for the rooms is nice, but could do without the rain sounds.

Called and asked for pricing and was told it was $65. The massage was mediocre at best, half the time it just felt like she was just scratching me with her nails. At the end of the service it was mandatory that I leave her a $20 tip. I’m fine with tipping but, I feel they should be earned not forced. Also, if it was mandatory to tip $20 why not just say it’s $85 when I called in the first place?

wanted 90 min. lasted about 80 plus she left 5 x during for phone calls people entering etc. when finished I gave her $20 cash and then paid 100 plus $3 for credit card for massage. she said she usually gets $30 for a tip so she wanted $10 more I said no thank you. Weird... won't be back

First time I paid after services. Second time price jumped from $65 to $120 for same service. Third time payment demanded before service. Now I go somewhere else. Difficult to understand pronunciation. However, massages were good having just had a car accident..

Fantastic massage by Cindy! Had pinched nerve and she worked out knot to make me feel 100% better! Will return! Very clean, crisp sheet and very comfortable temperature. Great setting!
