April is fantastic! I went in for a routine deep-tissue therapeutic massage but the day before had a mild lower back injury. She was extremely attentive to how my body was responding throughout the session and her application of appropriate full-body stretching during the massage was so helpful. April’s style of incorporating almost physical-therapy-like techniques did even more than just addressing tight muscles. It was just what I needed. I’ve had a ton of "deep-tissue massages" over the last few decades and this was the best yet. I was so impressed, I scheduled my next before I left!

I cannot recommend Heather enough! From the moment we met, she made me feel completely supported and confident in my breastfeeding journey. She not only helped us work through latching issues but also created a personalized feeding plan that fit our baby’s needs and my comfort level. What really stood out was the extra care she provided — incorporating gentle craniosacral therapy and even giving our baby a soothing massage. The difference in my baby’s comfort and feeding afterward was incredible. She also shared QR codes with excellent resources, and gave me so much education and encouragement that I left feeling empowered and informed. She is a wealth of knowledge and an expert at what she does. If you’re looking for a lactation consultant who goes above and beyond with both knowledge and heart, Heather is truly the best. She has been a blessing to me, and I’m so grateful for her guidance!
