Sway Wellness Spa Larimer

I came in for my first sway experience and I have to say that this location is great. Centrally located on Larimer Square with close proximity of all that downtown Denver offers . Holly was wonderful and I received a fantastic massage. Director Jocelyn has been amazing business connection and Heavon Robles is outstanding. I can’t wait to go back and try all of the experiences, including the remedy room with cold plunge and sauna. I will definitely be a repeat guest at sway!

I'm obsessed with this spa! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, and the whole place feels clean, calming, and luxurious without being pretentious. My facial was incredible — I left with glowing skin and the most relaxed feeling. I can't wait to come back✨ Thank you to Heavon, Bri, Jonny, and Holly for making my experience awesome 🤩

Absolutely wonderful. Gorgeous, historic building from the turn of the 18th century w/soaring ceilings & elegance throughout the place. The staff was gracious & elegant! I got Amber for massage & I was afraid at 1st she wouldn’t be strong enough in hands to give me the relief I was dying for after a heavy work launch & nonstop travel. Never judge a book - that woman has healing powers & hands of a goddess! Became a member the 1st day & I don’t even live in Denver! Wow. Wow. Wow. Am I happy I chose to make my first massage of my new path towards wellness at Sway. So much, in fact, that they turned a guy that never joins subscriptions into a monthly member. From the incredible service from Johnnie and Holly, to the beauty of the massage, and the Remedy Room which has made me a cold plunger for life moving forward, I can’t speak more highly of my experience. The spa is so quaint and boutique and I had the entire place to myself on a late Wednesday afternoon. On top of all of this, the value you get is unbelievable. $99 for three visits a month to the Remedy Room and one facial or massage a month? Deal of the century! As an ex-hotel professional, I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the chill lofi soundtrack and the way everything you needed was right where you were. Anyways, enough of my rant. Run, don’t walk, to Sway. You won’t regret it for your mental and physical health!

Visited the Remedy Room. Overall it was well equipped but the cold plunge was broken which was not ideal. I had to walk through the public space after the sauna to rinse off with water. It would have been nice if there was a shower inside the room. Additionally the room did not have any lock, so body came into the room while I was changing thinking it was a public cold plunge/sauna room. Staff was friendly and helped orient around the space. The bathrobes provided were made of a weird sweatshirt material. Normally, spas have thin cotton robes and not thick sweatshirt material robes. The chairs for the red light treatment didn’t have any covers on them, it felt quite unhygienic in the presence of a sauna and the nature of being sweaty or wet in this room. The space felt chic but very tight. Overall, it was relaxing but a bit of a weird/confusing experience.

I just enjoyed my first massage at Sway, and it was amazing! I was greeted by Heavon as soon as I walked in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped get us started with the Red Light Therapy and the compression boots. I had a massage with Holly, she was very attentive for my needs and wants during my massage. Holly made me so relaxed and calm...l didn't want it to end. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.! I’ll definitely be back! Thanks ladies!

I am a late posting my review, but my family had such a lasting experience, a late review was necessary. Following the hustle and bustle of the holidays and New Year’s, myself and five other gals felt a spa day was necessary. I reached out to Sway Wellness requesting to get all six of us in for services at the same time and the Sway team made it happen! Despite the many obstacles that we presented the team with (unintentionally), we all received amazing services and left feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the new year! I cannot thank the Sway Wellness team enough for your friendliness, patience, accommodating, and overall welcoming experience, from start to finish! With Grace - TyAmber
