We had a great experience, the staff is extremely informative, friendly, and accommodating. My wife and I did the tandem room and it was a great option for doing together . The facilities were clean and the cooling towels smelled great ! they also have snacks, water and some fitness clothing available for purchase at the front .

This place is incredible. I went once before for just a sauna, but this time I went for the lymphatic roller, sauna, and the red light therapy. Do the triple combo. I cannot tell you how worth it it is to do all three of those at the same time. The pricing is incredibly affordable for what you’re getting in my opinion. The staff are awesome. The rooms are clean and not too small. Do yourself a favor and check it out if you like hitting a sauna or any kind of recovery therapy. 10/10.

Great facilities, super kind service. My wife and I dropped in for the lymphatic massage and sauna after a long day of travel and had a wonderful experience. Laura was amazing and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Denver!

CYL started out a few years back and at the time it was a friendly, caring environment and I looked forward to each session. This last year is different. The employees that were here at the beginning are now gone, sadly. Now the ever revolving door of new, less friendly employees have taken over. And, in addition to misinformation about membership packages and pricing is a more rude and less caring staff. I have since bought my own sauna. In addition to reduced costs and no traffic or parking issues I can use it anytime I want without the inconvenience of having to make reservations. And, it will have paid for itself by the end of this year. Everyone should get their own. Easy, convenient and cost effective. And, everyone here is super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I went for the first time today. The lymphatic rolling was amazing, we followed that with a nice sauna session and left feeling so relaxed. Overall great experience!! Easy to make appointments online, clean relaxing rooms and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for more sessions.

I went for the first time last week and LOVED it! That infrared sauna was EXACTLY what I needed. It's a very clean and calming environment and I will definitely be returning. Everyone should experience this at least once.

10/10 Prime experience! A half hour goes by quick, and I still managed to doze off. The process is simple, the staff is kind and efficient, rooms were clean. I bought a 5 pack to help me get through the Thanksgiving holiday, and I'll probably keep coming when it's used up.
