Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa Oasis

Jeff and the staff at Azure Spa made our visit truly memorable. Alexis, extra extra thanks! Even though we arrived a late, they graciously accommodated us without making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and attentive. They treated us like VIP guests, which made the experience feel extra special. We were there to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and they helped make the day feel complete. The scalp and foot massage was incredibly relaxing, the salt room was wonderful, and everything throughout the spa was spotless and well cared for. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Love Love Love this place! Mineral water is available all the time and all different locations! The salt room is so quiet and ambient. Staff members are so nice and accommodating! The backyard is like a secret private garden you can walk and hide and rest. In-suite tub is even better and convenient. The café is surprisingly good for a hotel and the lady is so lovely to talk with! Also bought their lotion cause it smells very comfortable. The pool is so clean and has such a nice temperature. Love the jacuzzi as it’s also spring water and clean. This’s a hotel that I would just come back to this city for!

We visited the day spa and booked massages. We unfortunately visited on a rainy, cooler day, but the hot springs were each covered and there were some additional covered seating options around the pool. The hot spring garden and other gardens around the property were beautiful and relaxing. We had the first massages of the day and afterwards were able to enjoy the hot springs before the traffic picked up later in the morning. The cafe onsite was pretty good, nothing to write home about. Convenient. Locker rooms were immaculate. They also had ample chilled water available and a hot tea station. Day pass includes a locker, robe, towels, slippers. We visited on a holiday weekday. Even for a cooler day, it was a great experience and good value!

Amazing experience at the day spa! Great staff who run a wonderful establishment. Super relaxing environment thats perfect for unwinding. The café had wonderful sandwiches and delicious coffee! Will absolutely be visiting and booking a room next time I'm in town!

I recently stayed at Azure Resort and participated in The "Rejuvenate with Jan Program". My experience was fabulous with the combination of the beautiful resort and the well-organized, healthy Fasting with Jan program. Jan's guidance and attention to details made a big difference as she integrated all the resort's amenities with her program seamlessly. I highly recommend not only visiting and staying at your resort, but Fasting with Jan, as it greatly added to and enhanced the whole experience. Absolutely loved this place. Beautifully appointed, staff were polite, professional, helpful and friendly. Day pass available, enjoy facility til 7pm, but overnight rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Towels and water available all around the spa. On-site restaurant is very high quality with delicious food to sit in or take out. Lots of choices of places to enjoy peaceful moments with friend or in private contemplation. I went midweek so not busy. Salt room was my favorite as well as eucalyptus outdoor sauna was so therapeutic. Mineral water in all pools was so lovely. My body felt so relaxed and pain-free after just 24 hours at the Azure spa resort. Gorgeous place.

Feeling like a million bucks after 5 days at the wonderful Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort & Spa with Rejuvenate with Jan Holistic Detox Cleanse Juice Fast. What a great place and experience with Jan! The hotel is well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. The multiple natural mineral hot spring tubs within a natural desert landscape—with quail and roadrunners visiting—are energizing, connecting us back to our essence. The large mineral hot springs pool on the property is wonderful too, with chairs for sunning and views overlooking Mt. San Jacinto and the Coachella Valley. All the rooms I visited also had mountain views and were well appointed. The spa staff and facilities are great too. Back to Rejuvenate with Jan Holistic Detox Cleanse Juice Fast: Jan has created a very effective, well-thought-out, and well-organized cleansing program. Aside from being a wonderful person, host, and guide, she knows her stuff and is generous with her knowledge, supplements, and juicing. No fruit, no caffeine, and green juicing on her program convinced me she knows what she’s doing. Her supplements (many of which are new to me) are effective at cleansing and supporting the detox program. We were a wonderful group of 13 from all over the states, with super friendly colon hydrotherapist Monica, inspiring transformational breath guide Gala, and yoga instructors too. A rejuvenating experience—a total reboot with every cell my the body saying -today is awesome and the future is full of all sorts of exciting possibilities. Thank you, Jan.
