Massage was ok. But it was more expensive than the man told me on the phone. I had to tell my massage therapist twice that her nails were hurting me. I got home and took a picture. Update. The manager invited me back. I saw a massage therapist by the name of dia. He was absolutely positively incredible. The only thing I could say is I wish they treated you more there with a loving and caring touch as massage should be. Both times I had towels thrown on my body and paper towels thrown over my face. Definitely not the loving touch but I do appreciate how this place took a bad situation. And offered to try to fix it. Up to four stars now.

I am still shocked by what happened here. The man at the front desk became very rude and aggressive because I didn’t leave a tip. I didn’t leave a tip because the massage was bad and I was uncomfortable the entire time. My friend still left $5, but that wasn’t enough for him.He started demanding that both of us had to leave $9 each. I didn’t want any conflict, so I paid just to leave. When my friend said she didn’t have more money, he started yelling at us. I asked to see the policy, and he only showed a paper written in Chinese without explaining anything.When we left, he followed us outside and shouted that we were not allowed to come back. I felt scared, intimidated, and humiliated. I have never experienced anything like this before.This place made me feel unsafe. The massage was horrible and the staff was aggressive and disrespectful. Please protect yourself and do not visit this salon.

Very bad experience. I left tips based on my experience after the massage, yet the front desk guy was rude and took the calculator to show me how much to tip. After the massage i supposed to leave more relaxed, but i left being scared and anxious as the front desk person followed me and my friend outside. Another person was waiting in the lobby and he left right after we were out from the building stating he was scared too. Please Avoid this location!

Disappointed today, I’ve been coming here for years and was given a massage by Lucy- she completely rushed my whole entire massage, it was the most uncomfortable massage I’ve ever had. She was rushing with speed in her hands, was using her elbow for majority of the pressure which I didn’t like. They need to learn to slow down the massage, who rushes and rubs your body that fast, how am I suppose to relax? Then Lucy stood there expected a tip. A tip is earned not given.

One of the best foot massages I've ever had. It was the right amount of pressure. I felt so relaxed at the end. Prices were reasonable.

Super clean and great staff, very friendly. My partner had a great massage. Mine was a little gentle. Would go back again to try it. Great value!

Friendly and respectful staff. The full body massage is highly recommended; the massage area is closed out from the main entrance. Reasonable prices.
