Sauna House Durham

My husband and I have visited several times, and each experience has been wonderful. The staff is consistently warm, attentive, and welcoming. We love the spacious sauna rooms infused with the soothing aroma of essential oils, the invigorating challenge of the cold plunge, and the comfort of the heated benches that follow. Every visit leaves us feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and renewed in the clean, calming atmosphere.

The Sauna House was nice I would go back the only reason for the 3 star is they have no sign I kept driving past it because a car was blocking the wording on the building 😒. Also the parking is very very very limited so you will most likely have to park and walk but other than that the service was great and the amenities they have there are good . Please get a better sign 🪧 even if it’s one for the side walk to make the location more identifiable .

Absolutely incredible experience. The space has a beautiful contemporary design — modern, calming, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything was spotless, from the saunas to the cold plunges, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the experience. The staff were welcoming and professional, and Tony at the front desk especially stood out — friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit seamless from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend.

My first time visiting thus facility. I have never attempted a cold plunge before, but after reading several reports highlighting the positive health benefits of such an experience, I decided to give it a try. It was indeed a shock to walk into a pool set to 45 degrees F after seating in a hot sauna, but I made it through the suggested three minutes. I felt incredible after the experience and will do this again. The facility is extremely clean and appears to be well managed. The staff are very courteous and informative. Highly recommend!

First time was amazing we will definitely come back! Loved the atmosphere and amenities! Allison (sp?) who checked us in and did our tour was awesome and made us feel super comfortable!

This place is incredible! After attending their pop-up most weekends over the past few months, I was blown away by the brick-and-mortar! Every bit of this experience has brought a needed calmness to stressful weeks. I bought a pre-launch membership and couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this community. It’s a great fit for Durham! I highly recommend checking it out!

Me and my boyfriend went there this weekend for our anniversary, and we had a great time! We booked the vault room. The staff was incredibly nice and extremely helpful I would definitely recommend coming here.
