Customer Reviews
The Retreat at Brightleaf has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on over 137 reviews on Google
I had such a great experience here at The Retreat! My masseuse was Liv and she was so incredibly kind. She took the time to really ask intensional questions about the three knots I have in my shoulder area. No one has been able to actually reach each spot and provide relief and she got each one!! Plus I have relief! I am so grateful for the care and attention given! The facility was also clean and nice! I was relaxed and very happy! 😊
I have received numerous services at The Retreat since moving to Durham 5 years ago. They have many talented massage therapists and knowledgeable estheticians. They are client focused and work to make sure I am matched with the right provider for my needs. Thank you Retreat !
I have had 2 facials with two different staff members and both have been wonderful. They offered helpful recommendations based on my skin type for the facial that day as well as products I should use. The space is calming and inviting.
Melina is such a talented esthetician. I always feel so taken care of when I see her. I highly recommend her for all your esthetic needs! 10/10!
Review summary seems off—Coffee, pastry and goodie bags? Never saw any of that, but I did spend a whole lot of money here over the last year, yet a recent experience had me wish I had never spent a dime.
I’ve been a client at the Retreat for about 4 years and typically get massages with August. If you’ve ever been blessed to receive a massage from August then I don’t need to say anymore. Today, I tried a signature facial with Amesha and she was absolutely amazing! Looking forward to the next one already!
Went for my first massage. Therapist talked the entire time, even though I said my goal was to relax in a quiet setting. After the massage and checking out, I was asked to book another appointment and I provided feedback to the woman at the front - who was quite understanding and supportive. This is a place that values their customers and truly cares about the experience they have. Being that they have been in business for over a decade, the other reviews, and a manager directly reaching out to me about my experience, I will gladly give it another shot.
