I had the worst experience at this clinic today. Despite calling ahead to explain I was running 12 minutes late due to severe weather conditions (10 inches of snow! The roads were not very clear to drive. I was treated with utter disrespect upon arrival. The receptionist made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in, emphasizing my tardiness and implying my appointment couldn't be accommodated. Considering I drove 40 minutes through treacherous conditions to get there, their dismissive attitude was infuriating. It felt like a complete waste of my time, gas, and energy. Furthermore, I sensed an underlying prejudice in their behavior. I will never return to this establishment and advise others to avoid it as well. I was super excited to book my first facial as an Upcoming birthday treat to myself . Upon arriving I walked into the business hoping to be greeted by a friendly staff member . That didn’t take place . I was not even acknowledged as she sat behind the desk assisting another customer I felt that it was very rude to not even speak and let me know that she would be with me shortly after saying something to her four minutes later about the disrespect. A friendly manager came out to assist, she was very pleasant and assisted me with signing in. I went on and completed my service with a very helpful and talented young lady that left my face, feeling smooth, although I still feel as if all my oil and issues were not resolved. I’m not too sure how to feel about the experience. Thank you to the manager for providing me with a birthday giveaway bag and stepping in to assist me, but I do think that they should work on customer service when clients come into the facility .

I LOVE this studio! The nurses are so knowledgeable on their products and treatments. I’ve done the Cool Peel treatment and it’s done wonders for my skin. Their products have also made a huge difference in my skin because they’re medical grade and dermatologist tested. You’re in good hands here!

I’ve been going to this place for the past 2 years to get my injections. This week I show up expecting the treatment that I have been getting for the last 2 years and was told no. The nurse suggested a treatment plan that would have cost me hundreds of more dollars. I declined her plan and said that I wanted the treatments that I have been getting for the past 2 years and she refused. I did and up just getting xeomin injections which I was charged almost double than the previous time I was there. What a rip off!!! I spoke with the manager the next day and she refused to budge so I cancelled my membership and got my money back. This place only cares about selling you packages and refuses to listen to their customers.

I purchased the Trilogy Package. It includes Hydraglow, Virtue and Cool Peel. I have just had one treatment and already see a difference in the texture of my skin and my sunspots have decreased. The staff are great! They are very helpful and friendly. Bradi and Maren have both been so helpful!

I had an amazing new client experience with the Eagan Chapter Aesthetic Studio. Laurie and Ashley were amazing with helping me pinpoint the areas I should focus on. I learned there were factors I wasn’t even considering and they helped me come up with a plan to address these areas. It was quick and to the point. They were willing to spend more time with me but I had another appointment to be at. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. I went home with serum and tinted moisturizer that I absolutely love. I look forward to going back and continuing with my plan when time allows! Thank you guys!

Thank You, Maren Maren did my HydroGlow facial, and it was absolutely amazing! My skin felt incredibly smooth and refreshed—I’ve never experienced anything like it before. She took her time and made sure every detail was perfect. I was so relaxed, I nearly fell asleep! I’m truly sad to hear that she’s leaving, but even more grateful that I got the chance to meet someone as kind, caring, and talented as her. Marian, thank you for everything—you’ll be deeply missed, and I wish you all the best on your next journey!
