Evelyn is an absolute gem! She truly saved the day! I felt so pampered during my visit. My manicure turned out amazing, and she even managed to fix my broken nail to match the length of the others—how thoughtful! I really appreciate her wonderful care; she was fantastic!

I recently visited this salon for a manicure and unfortunately left disappointed. I wasn’t aware that appointments were limited to a strict time slot. Because I had gel on my nails, the technician didn’t have enough time to remove it and complete the manicure with polish. She was lovely, skilled, and did her best to work quickly within the time, but in the end I left without my nails painted — yet was still charged the full manicure price. I understand time constraints and that they may have had other appointments scheduled, but I don’t think it’s fair to pay full price for an incomplete service. It would have helped to know about the time limit and its impact on services in advance so I could have booked accordingly. On top of that, I felt extremely uncomfortable when another patron complained that my massage chair was "too loud." A staff member came over and unplugged my chair while I was sitting in it, without asking me first. It was awkward and unnecessary, and it left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable in the middle of the service. Overall, it was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience that I wouldn’t want to repeat.

Olga is the best esthetician around! She makes the experience so great and the room is totally relaxing. I come here monthly for my waxes and I love the result every time!

Olga the esthetician and kelly the massage therapist were amazing. I have never felt better from a spa trip. Overall the service and spa was beautiful!
