I had an appointment at 5pm yesterday. The lady didn't speak any English. The room was cold, the AC was right on top of me blowing cold air on me. My hands and feet was super cold. The massage was good except of when she kept on hurting me on my lower back. I am full with bruises on my lower back. I kept saying it hurts really bad to please stop and she continued. I took pictures of my lower back being full with bruises from the massage Update: i made an appointment yesterday for a massage today at 2pm and confirmed it would be for free. I was waiting at 2pm and the lady came 20min to late. Even tho with the boss confirmed on phone right before the appointmenti it would be for free. They tried charging me $85. I wanted to tip the lady $10 even tho it was a free massage. The lady knew nothing about it and had to call her boss again. They have a big issue with communication. Shouldn't be my problem as a customer tho. Why even charge me $85 for 1 hour swedish massage which was $60??? They talked on the phone chinese for a while and at that point i was annoyed. They said i am good to go. I didn't end up tipping because she tried ripping me off $85. The massage was good but its too much of a headache with the communication, to be back.

This might be one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. The prices are great, the atmosphere is great and the therapist/masseuse is exceptionally skilled with great pressure control. I’m a pretty big guy that stays active and I always feel awesome after I leave. Absolutely would recommend.

Place looks very nice inside but massage wasn’t great. I paid for a 30 minute massage, waited 15 minutes, got a 20 minute massage that was terrible, and was interrupted the whole time. When leaving I get stopped and was asked to give a tip. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Had a session with Sophia and it was amazing. Super friendly, professional, and really knows what she’s doing. I feel so much better and will definitely be back!

I got the Thai massage and my husband the deep tissue. Wonderful atmosphere and even better service. I didnt realize I had so many tight spots on my body until she rubbed them out. Thank you for a lovely massage! However, we left a watch and after calling many times and being told it was not there we finally went back since the location was showing it was still there. They had it the entire time. It's very frustrating to deal with things like this.

I went to the Lee Trevino location on December 3rd to book two Head Treatments for me and my mother for December 14th (our birthdays). The lady said I had to pay first before I could book. I said fine and made the payment. She put me down for the 14th at 12 pm. We arrived at the Lee Trevino location today at 12, the lady said she didn't have time today even though there were no customers. I asked her what about the treatments I booked in advance and she said I had to go to another location. She gave me the address for their Montana Ave location. I make the drive over to that location. The lady at the Montana Ave location says we have to wait an hour. I then asked her what was the point of booking in advance if we can't even get our treatments done at the requested time. She couldn't answer that and instead tells me I can go to their George Dieter location. At the point, I am pissed off. I wanted my mother to have a good birthday. I drive over to their THIRD location (George Dieter). We get to the third location and FINALLY get our treatments done. I would've loved to given 4 or 5 stars because the treatments were great and the girls were super nice. I am giving 2 stars because of the lack of communication at the managerial level. I booked early so that I wouldn't run into the problem that I ran into today.
