Cedar Works Spa & Sauna

I purchased a hot tub and a swim spa from Cedar Works and experienced excellent customer service. They delivered on everything! They are friendly and helpful and everything a small business should be :).

I just love these guys! They sold me my first hot tub around 10-15yrs ago, and they NEVER disappoint. They just maintenenced my hot tub, and were fast, effective, knowledgeable, and affordable. I will always come to them for my hot tub needs, they always deliver, and are pleasant to work with. They're just awesome people all around, and count myself blessed to be able to continue working with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a phenomenal experience working with Cedar Works. We found them after an absolutely terrible experience with another company. Every person we encountered at Cedar Works was incredibly helpful and had excellent customer service. We had our hot tub delivered and the whole process was smooth and easy. Our two installation techs did a wonderful job communicating with us and getting everything set up. They walked us through our hot tub specs/features and really set us up for success! Overall Great experience and would highly recommend!!

5 star service and very informative group of people helped me replace a 20 year old control panel for my spa and since they were backed up they just gave me advice and it was plug and play from there! Thank you guys for the extra time to make sure that I knew what I was doing and appreciate the 15% off for being marquee you don't have to tell anyone that and you do so that is an extra star for it.🙏 for was Q1

Have purchased two saunas from CW and they’re 5* all around. From the staff to the install team, have only had a great experience. Don’t go anywhere else, they will take care of you.

I absolutely LOVE this place - getting our hot tub changed our lives. It is especially wonderful to have for the winter. The people at Cedar Works and Spa were super helpful, and gave us a great deal on a refurbished hot tub. We’re so in love with it! If you’re wanting to get something on the cheaper end, look into their refurbished spas! They were so helpful - came to set it up and taught us how to use it. Highly recommended!

Cedar works has been my go to shop from day one. Jeff has had alot of patience with me with my old hot tub. we finally purchased a nice used tub that has been virtually maintenance free. Thank you Cedar works
