We had a really great experience working with Keith, Allan,Jason and the rest at Eugene Spa & Hot Tub. They were really kind and informative without pressure. On install the crew was really great and took the time to get our spa into kind of a tight spot that came with a few challenges. We would recommend you consider these guys. Price was right, the wait time for the product was reasonable ( compared to some other companies we spoke with that were 9 months plus wait time due to inventory shortages ), and we overall felt like we went with the right company. They even delivered to Corvallis!

I bought a used tub from these guys last year and they have gone over the top to insure my satisfaction. Roger the repair guy has gone above and beyond for me a couple times. When it's time for an upgrade, I know I will be going to them. Thanks for all the help.

I'm not sure were all these positive reviews are coming from but after I purchased my hot tub from Eugene Spa and Hot Tub all the good customer service disappeared. Keith has been rude every time I have called about anything. There was no follow up calls after I purchased it to ask how things were going, no thank you for buying from us when I easily could have gone across the street to Emerald pool. 3 weeks ago our hot tub cracked where they had installed and easy lift cover, Keith was very rude and said that I should have known the hot tub cover would absorb water and break the shell and said it wasn't covered under the warranty. He said he might come out and look at it if he happens to be in the Springfield area. I love my hot tub and will buy another one when this one wears out but it definitely will not be from Keith and Eugene Hot tub. Do yourself a favor and buy local somewhere else.

If you are considering the purchase of a spa, I can assure you that you will not be sorry if you buy from Eugene Spa & Hot Tub. I purchased my spa a couple of years go, and as I tell everyone, if I could do business with everyone with the satisfaction I receive from them, my life would be so much brighter! If I ever have the slightest problem (I am a very unhandy person) I know that all I have to do is call and my problem is either handled over the phone or a very qualified repairman is here without delay. Eugene Spa & Hot Tub is one of those few businesses where you just feel good when you go through the door. The welcome mat is always out.

There is no better feeling in the world than slipping into your new hot tub after you have put the kids to bed and have gotten all the chores done. Eugene Spa and Hot Tub made this all possible for me and my husband. I love just soaking after a hard day, and my kids absolutely love playing in it too for limited amounts of supervised time. I know they’ll get to enjoy the full benefit once they are a little older as well. We haven’t had any problems thus far, so I can’t comment on the service aspect, and I hope that day never comes. We love our new hot tub!

33 years I have serviced pools spas and hot-tubs. As far as I'm concerned Caldera is the best spa your money can buy, and Eugene Spa and Hot-tubs is the best place to pick one up. I have worked at or with all the places in Eugene, these guys are the best.
