We stayed two very comfortable quiet nights here before taking a Princess cruise. Our room was spacious and clean. Our room included a full kitchenette with utensils. We were comfortably able to enjoy two sunrises on our ocean view balcony. Just a beautiful memory. It's only a short walk to the beach, lounge chairs and towels included; tho an extra $30 charge for use of an umbrella. There's also a decent sized heated pool. They have a spa, gym, restaurant, convenience store, and business center all on site. There's plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. We had no need to rent a car. We also took advantage of using their complimentary bicycles. You can check them out for a couple hours. We were warmly welcomed and the staff was mostly friendly over all.

We booked a suite on the 12th floor, very nice room on the quiet side facing the city view. We were there for 5 days and the staff asked us if we would move to another "upgraded" suite in which we said no we have one more day. Then we received another call from the desk saying there's a water leak in the room below us and they needed to go into our room to fix. We were already out for the day heading to Miami and they called us many times. They hounded us multiple times to come back and move our belongings. We said go in and do what you need to do while we are gone. We asked to talk to a manager, wouldn't engage as our suspicions were they wanted out room for another high profile guest coming in. We were moved to a room 1/2 the size, the manager told staff he talked to us, never did or would. Gave us $45 credit (resort fee for one day). His staff slipped up, told us they needed to clean the room asap. Would have been a great trip if they were honest with us. I'll go back to the larger hotel option next door where we have never had any issues. The food quality has slipped also from past times when visiting the bar/restaurant.

We spent a wonderful week here and have nothing but great things to say. This hotel had by far the friendliest, most helpful staff, who were always kind, attentive and very genuinely warm. I also wanted to give special attention to Kevin, the lovely young man who works on the beach. I have never seen anyone work as hard as he does and with such a positive attitude. He was an absolute joy and made our days on the beach so pleasant. Thank you to everyone for such an amazing vacation!

My mom and I stayed at The Atlantic for 2 days in January. We had an incredible view of the ocean, and we were within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, shops, and even a park. Our room was huge and very clean. It overlooked the pool, which looked lovely, but we didn't have time to use. We had a spectacular view of the ocean. (see photo) The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Special thank you to Ricardo at the front desk for making our stay seamless and lovely. And shoutout to John at HLS for enhancing our visit. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the Miami - FLL area. Thank you!

My husband and I spent a whole week here. We didn't want to leave. The view from our room was breathtaking and we plan on returning. The front desk and valet make you feel like royalty. Ricardo, the front office manager, was very professional, helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Haven’t stayed here so I can’t comment on the rooms, but I have eaten at Wild Thyme, the sky bar pool deck, and participated in a spa day pass and couples massage. Masseuse was very nice and of course massage was enjoyable- note the couples massage is 50 minutes and you want to arrive at the concierge at least 10 minutes early so getting your robe and locker, getting dressed and set up in your room doesn’t eat up 15 minutes of your massage. I think she was trying to help me get into my massage experience faster, but the concierge at the welcome desk at the spa separated my partner and I immediately (men and women spa services are separated; couples massage has shared entrance to massage hall but I didn’t know that), and gave instructions super quickly to find my locker and get changed and wait in women’s lobby. Thankfully she was patient with me making her repeat things as I didn’t hear a word she said lol. Also note if you’re doing a couples massage and/or day spa pass… like I mentioned all spa services are separated, so you won’t be able to enjoy a jacuzzi, steam room, or sauna with your partner at all unless you happen to be in a same sex relationship. This isn’t a bad thing overall as if I were here for a solo spa day or a bachelorette spa experience, I’d very much enjoy the added comfort of separation. However I hoped to enjoy a romantic, relaxing day with my partner who is of opposite sex and wasn’t prepared to not be able to do any other activities together. Worth noting as you plan your own trip and experience. The pool is clean and pretty and there’s one very small hot tub outside but that also comes with limited seating. If you’re lucky you might get a pool chair or 2 earlier in the day… or maybe not. Maybe 10-15 people max can get a chair.
