Massage Oasis

There are two new girls in the shop, Amy and Nancy. Both of them are very good at giving massages. it was amazing!! Prices were awesome. I would def. recommend this spa to anyone looking for a good massage. They are very knowledgeable in their trade and worked out tension pockets I've held for years!!! I will be returning regularly and referring everyone I know!! Best massage I've ever had.

I had another amazing massage today! This is my second time visiting this place, and the experience was just as great as the first. Their attention to detail is always impressive — even the smallest things, like making sure you have complete privacy throughout the entire session, are thoughtfully taken care of. Truly a relaxing and professional experience. Highly recommended!

Save your money, AVOID INJURY, and avoid this place like a plague. Listen to the other reviews about them just rushing you through and demanding money afterwards. This is not a real massage place with licensed people who know what they're doing, it's just some lady with hands, and they handle cash better than muscles. It's not just the younger girl, it's the older lady, who seems to own the place. She rushed through the massage, lied on the phone saying she can do a deep tissue massage, has no earthly idea how to handle a body, and **left me with an injured shoulder**. I was in pain and needed help with inflammation from a 5-day strenuous training camp. My other massage fell through, so I called this place. They said 6:30 is fine, and they can do deep tissue. I showed up at 6:30. A lady walks in and said "I can't see you unless someone else doesn't show up, I have another appointment". I said I had just called 15 minutes ago, and she said "maybe wait, if she doesn't show up I'll see you." So I sat down looking for other places. Another girl walks in. "Do you want water?" I said "no, I don't know if I'm staying because I can't be seen." "I told you 6:30 was fine." "Yes but some other lady just said she won't do it". She went back and argued with the owner, who took 10 minutes, and finally rushed me in. "I'll do 60 minutes, if no one else walks on I'll give you 90." I didn't have other options so I did it. She rushed with hurried movements the entire time, kept checking the clock, ignored me 4 times about not touching an injured ankle--which clearly had a brace on--agreed to focus on my shoulders and hamstrings and then didn't do it, spent 5 minutes grinding cartilage on my shoulder because she doesn't know where the muscles are--which I found out this morning left me injured and inflamed--and pressed directly down on my kneecaps as of anyone needs their knees hyperextended, which would have hurt them if I didn't buckle up. Never go here

I usually go here when I need a massage because the male and female staff are wonderful. However, they hire a new girl and she seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing at all. Her massage was unpleasant, painful at times. She was even texting with the sound on on one hand while massaging me with the other hand a few times throughout my session. That was very unprofessional! I decided to give them a try another time because of my good experience in the past. However it’s still the same girl answering the phone and she said the male masseuse is not available. Don’t know if the couple is still running the business or not but the reputation is pretty tarnished. I’m not coming back.

Usually service is really good. The massage shop is ran by a couple who usually gives excellent service. Today however, the girl at the front desk was some girl I’ve never seen before and she was my masseuses. She was very unprofessional and caused me a lot of pain while massaging me. When she used her hands she was just rubbing me and not massaging me. When she used her elbows, she dug deep causing lots of pain and discomfort. She never asked me for my feedback during the service and did things in rush. I paid for a full body massage and my feet, front side of my arms, legs, and shoulders were not massaged. She did not cover me with the sheet at times and when she did, the sheet was all over the place. I feel as if I did not have my privacy. When she used the hot stones, she did not check the temperature and was rubbing the stones really hard in my skin. It caused me great discomfort. She was also texting on her phone while massaging me which made me very uncomfortable. Who knew if she was taking pictures of my body. I feel very violated and disrespected. She also insisted that I leave tip when I was leaving the shop and seemed as if she would not let me leave if I did not leave tip. I felt very threatened, violated, and disrespected. I feel very sorry to the couple who usually are at the shop because they do an amazing job, but because of this experience I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this place after this.

The only reason I visited this location was due to a certificate that was gifted to me, I would have never stepped foot here otherwise. Very unprofessional and lack of training. I have had several massages, never has one left me feeling worse than before arriving or bruised. During the time of my massage the door was constantly left open while I was exposed on the table, also during this time people were coming and going from the room to assist other customers and ask questions. The only time the door was closed was when she sat on my head (not a joke unfortunately) to apply more pressure to my back. Once I thought she was no longer distracted she answered a phone call placing the phone on speaker (full volume) next to my head speaking with a customer. As for the materials being used during the massage, oil was brought in to be used in an old used baby bottle with the nipple attached. I would never recommend this location or be visiting again. Beware of injury!

I’ve been to Massage Oasis several times. In the past, it was relaxing, professional, and respectful. The girl who has given me several massages in the past was great, respectful, and modest. Today however was a 180 turn in rating. Two new girls were there. The first walked around the corner with her shirt pulled up and scratching her belly. Sloppy presentation, and attitude. The language barrier is very frustrating. They asked me to pay at the beginning, for which I declined and said I would pay at the end. The girl who did the massage was rather unprofessional. They left the door open every time they entered and exited. I shut it to change, and she walked in while I was undressing. Little respect for modesty. The two girls frequently talked during my massage, as if arguing. My masseuse left due to an alarm on her phone. She came back with her phone and was one hand massaging while texting, or verbally talk texting messages into her phone. The modesty of my massage was poor. Not every male is looking to be exposed. The massage was lacking in flow, direction, and professionalism. When asked to turn around, there was no care to keep me covered, I had to grab the sheet to cover myself and remain modest. The end was rushed, poorly directed, and simply tickling my legs. She ended 10 minutes early. When leaving, a tip was asked for. I refused telling her she was texting during the massage (as stated by another review), arguing with another employee, and left the door open the entire time… highly unprofessional. She tried arguing that massage is hard work, which I would agree, but the degree of your work is what determines a tip. Simply showing up and going through motions does not earn extra. I am disappointed. A nice, relaxing, professional and respectful massage is what is needed, and certainly not delivered. I will not be returning to oasis. Of note, my masseuse farted during my massage, adding a cherry on top of the poor experience.
