I had a massage with Abigail and she was amazing! The pressure was phenomenal and she really worked through my tight areas. As a massage therapist myself, I truly appreciated her technique and attention to detail. I left feeling so much better. I highly recommend booking with her…. you won’t be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly the worst facial I have ever received in my life. I have gone to spas all over the country high end and low end. This price point, the facility, the technician I had today courtney was her name I think, awful. I had to email the manager because the pain I felt during my oxygen facial is NOT ok. I have never had face wincing pain before during an extraction (I didn't even have pimples going into this appt!!) and she wouldn't stop talking with the most rehearsed fake relaxing voice. I had to ask to turn down the blaring music it was jarring how loud it was in this tiny room. The lockers weren't even working they have so many issues to get sorted out, the front desk hostess knew they weren't working said it's been an issue. To add on to this I didn't even get the original girl I was scheduled with they were so unorganized and 10 minutes late so I didn't get the whole 60 minutes session because I had the straggler who's girl didn't show up for her appt and was stuck with her instead. This was my second time trying to give it grace and I will NEVER return here for any services. What a joke. Will go back to my lovely lady who is a real professional of facial massage and products with sculpting and conditioning the skin - not ripping my thin skin apart.

Amber was great, highly recommend for a massage. Her stretches are so good! Looking forward to my next visit, they offer a variety of services. Everything was so clean and relaxing, the staff were also very sweet and welcomed me with champagne. They offer a steam room, sauna, and hot tub you can enjoy before or after your appointment. I luckily had the place to my self this night and was able to do my night routine on their well lit vanities before I left. The lounge area is so cozy! So happy to have found a place like this so close to home, couldn’t say enough good things.

This facility does not offer complimentary champagne upon arrival, nor do they allow you to bring it into the spa area, even after they advised that I could during booking. The facility is pretty small with minimal amenities to choose from. The steam room, the thermal pool and sauna were all small and the steam shower water does not get hot at all, just like warm. Although the pressure was good on my massage, it was not relaxing at all. The therapist did not focus on the areas I advised prior to and during the massage and it felt more like a medical massage from a chiropractor. Overall, the spa staff was really good with assisting my party with cold and dry towels during the use of the spa area, and kept the areas clean. So, I do appreciate that.

Her energy and expertise made every session enjoyable and challenging. I appreciated how she tailored the exercises to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring everyone felt included and motivated. The atmosphere of the gym is welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch. I always leave feeling refreshed and empowered. If you're looking for a fantastic Pilates class, I highly recommend joining Flo at Canyon Ranch!

Love Amber. She really knows how to treat those stubborn areas with massage. My only complaint is too many people are starting to use electronics in the spa. Is nothing sacred anymore? Are you going to be a top notch spa or are you going to be a Starbucks?
