Massage Kingdom Spa

📍 Gay-friendly spas in Fort Worth

7.8

Massage Kingdom Spa in Fort Worth offers a unique relaxing experience with their "Gold Waterless Gel Pedicure" service. The facility is clean and well-maintained, though the pedicure room can feel a bit cramped. The service itself is designed to be soothing, with an eye mask and dimmed lights to enhance relaxation. However, the quality of the pedicure may not meet expectations, as the results can be uneven.

The spa's attentive staff ensures a respectful and pleasant atmosphere. While the service aims to cultivate a tranquil environment, some may find the setup slightly inconvenient. Overall, Massage Kingdom Spa provides a decent experience, but potential visitors should manage their expectations regarding the pedicure's outcome.

This review is for their "Gold Waterless Gel Pedicure" service only. Location: Not the best, to be honest. And it was kind of hard to find. You have to go into the center of the courtyard and follow the signs there. I didn’t see any signs from the parking lot. Facility: Very clean. A bit small but I didn’t expect much. The pedicure room seems a bit cramped. There are two big massage chairs in a small room Service: It was indeed very relaxing. And my nail tech was nice and respectful the whole time. It was just not a good pedicure lol. They did mention it’s a newer service so maybe it will get better but my toes do not look good. It’s uneven and parts of my toe nail is missing polish. The pictures attached are less than 24 hours after I got them done. When the service is happening, they place an eye mask on you and turn off the lights. I get that it’s to cultivate a relaxing environment but I had all my personal belongings on the opposite chair and she kept getting up to grab things around the room. I have no reason to think anything shady was going to happen, this is his my anxiety mostly. Personally, I will not be coming back.

This place is the definition of Instagram v reality. A complete bamboozle, it’s honestly amazing how there are not more reviews on how big of a scam this head spa is. While nice, the service providers are not cosmetology certified or capable of a blow out. You will not walk out of here with any new knowledge of your scalp or service. The bowls with the "halo" are attached to a bucket that they wheel out of your service. The water had an odor and while you get to lay there with the semi cold water cleaning your ends, you also get to hear the water trail into the water bucket the entire time. Afterward, your soaking wet hair Is put into a clip then immediately started to be blow dried. The smell of your hair burning isn’t the worst of it. The breaker went out about 5 times during the process. Shortly thereafter, Joslyn, who again nice as can be, was moonlighting as a stylist and ultimately not capable of doing a blowout. The owners seem to know they have something decent going with the amount of money they spend on Instagram ads But unfortunately, the service delivered was not up to the standard that they provide online. Truly disappointing beginning to end.

3/7/26 I paid $650 for these services and the quality did not reflect the price at all. The blowout was essentially someone just blow drying my hair with no real styling. The facial felt extremely basic, using cleansing pads and inexpensive brushes, and the massage did not feel professional. Honestly, it felt like something anyone could step in and do. The head spa was also very poor and nothing like what is advertised online. Don’t let the website fool you the experience did not match the images or the $650 price point. I would not recommend coming here. The website is so nice, it's nothing like … please take my word. it's cheap anyone can blow dry your hair. Anyone can rub you the way I was massage, the facial was cleaning pads and maybe $2 brush with soap, plus a hot towel that doesn’t smell like essential oils. The deep tissue message is just someone rubbing you hard with no experience just calling it deep tissue. All the equipment you could prob buy on Amazon. Do not let the website fool you! My lady was half asleep with eye crust in her eyes trying to wake up with morning breath. Very unprofessional, I arrived 10 mins early my personal arrived the At the start time of my appointment so she I really didn’t even get the full time. I may have been cut 14 minutes. March 7th 2026

Over a month ago, I received a prenatal massage as a new client. I was really excited to book this session and was considering signing up for a membership, especially since Massage Envy hasn’t met my needs due to high turnover. Unfortunately, my prenatal massage was honestly a waste of money for this type of service. The therapist was really nice, but her skills definitely needed improvement with prenatal therapy. Looking back, I realize I should have asked for proof of certification and years of experience before booking. However, as a new client, I trusted the company to book me with the right person. I’ve seen great reviews about her skills, so I’m assuming she may be better with other types of services. During the entire session, it was very loud. I could hear everything in the hallway and at the front desk, and the music was also super loud, which I now understand may have been to cover the outside noise. Overall, my first experience was not relaxing nor beneficial which led me to not want to come back or book a membership.

had the most relaxing experience here! I got a facial with Aimee and she took amazing care of me from start to finish. The shoulder, neck, and hand massage was honestly the best part, I walked out feeling brand new. I also booked a head spa treatment and it felt soooo nice. I’m definitely coming back soon. Highly recommend!

This place is vastly misrepresented on social media and via their very strong FB / IG ad campaign. The ladies are nice and this is not their responsibility or fault. This place is insanely over priced for the services rendered. The head spa hair washing bowls are not plummed… so the water goes into a bucket that is wheeled out after the service. The salon area did not have proper electric run so when multiple people were getting their hair dried at the same time, the breaker flipped 5-7 times in a 30 minute span. Each head spa appt + blow dry was 150-200 dollars each. This is the pricing for an upscale salon / spa which absolutely is not what this is. I never leave poor reviews but this was so grossly misrepresented, I had to. It is clear this business owner is somehow overly sensitive to specifically my party’s concerns and suggestions, as the business owner was incredibly rude in both the comment back to me and the comment back to another in my party (Amanda) who reviewed the business and had notes like many others.

Amaaaazing experience! I went for a girls day with two friends, and we are all leaving SO relaxed, skin glowing, hair beautiful! This was my first time doing a head spa, and I see what all the fuss is about because it was so relaxing I fell asleep. My friends loved their facials, and I got a very nice massage. The customer service was very impressive, and they had an awesome BOGO deal we took full advantage of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing day of bliss! I will be back.
